When one-on-one with a customer representative I think your services are excellent however when it comes to waiting for someone to pick up the line I would have to read it as poor just the other day I waited 20 minutes just to be disconnected not only once but twice that's where you need to ramp up your customer service on your phone waiting status thank you

Lack of management need to retrain customer service and Policies and procedures need to change and up date reason why there more than 25 Seniors close this Credit Card due to the way they Manage this and the other one Carter Credi Card Your Finanxe Comp is far from been a Bank or Finanxe Company

I have trouble with this card for months now, when I go to make my payments they do not show up then I get a late fee when I make my payments early, I hate to say it but as soon as I get this paid off I will be getting rid on the card.
