First time using the board game hut and honestly couldn’t fault the service one bit, ordered on the Friday and was here by Tuesday, very well packaged too. Definitely be using them again

The best shop in Southend
The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and run a brilliant shop that is a proper community asset.
They cannot be beaten on customer service and I wouldn’t buy my games anywhere else.

A great experience
Really communicative, fast shipping, lovely to deal with. Went out of their way to let me know I had booked an in person ticket, and they could post my item to me as I wouldn’t be able to attend. A total credit to the industry. Would definitely visit if I were to be in the area, and will happily order from them again.
