Really great experience with these guys. Communication has always been quick, friendly and helpful, and they genuinely seem to care about looking after their customers 😊
I also had an issue with a recent order going missing during delivery and, despite it being outside of their control, they went above and beyond to help me get it sorted.
Really refreshing customer service, and exactly the sort of local gaming store you hope to have! Will be buying from them again, and definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them 😊

I’ve put stock in my basket multiple times just for it to be sold out instantly. This website always fails whether is OOS or payment fails for me on iPhone 17 pro.

Unfortunately with Pokémon products we get plagued by bots snapping up stock listed online - we are trying to find a way to counter that in future, but it's not as straightforward as you might expect.
Outside of Pokémon, and more recently One Piece, our website runs fine as it's powered by Shopify.
