Rip off scam

They took money out of my account without my consent I raised this with my bank and they have now classed it has fraud and are investigating it further
Ripping people off is bad enough but doing in these times is worse

I was stunned to see that my account was charged for £29.99 with the name PYD Saverscash 😒 its so annoying they are doing fraud .

Absolutely awful you don’t realise that…

Absolutely awful you don’t realise that you have signed up then they take money out of your account even after you have cancelled it with them they still take money from your account I am disputing it today and my bank have blocked them hopefully I will get my money back this time.

An agreement for our product to be sent does need to be obtained in order for any charges to apply.

As per the initial agreement, we write at least 21 days prior to any charge and have a refund policy on all membership charges. Beyond this point, all charges would be subject to review.

They contacted me about a loan I'd applied for online they said they needed to verify bank account details then asked if I would subscribe to 5 pound a month debt management info I agreed then when they said click link to another company for loan money I said stop where you are but they hung up the number they rang me on you can't call back on. My bank statement said they took 29.95 twice in a week the dirty #4--5++s but I promise karma will catch them horrible scammers robbing people looking for loans who have nothing is a shitbags crime

Obtained my details fraudulently- no idea how.

Began debiting money from my bank. This looks to be a national scam when investigating further, they must be buying bank details etc. reported to my bank and the police and I know others have suffered similar looking at reviews

I woke up to find a transaction for…

I woke up to find a transaction for 29.99 pending in my account with no idea of who the were. I have contcted my bank and canceled any future transactions but have to wait 15 days after money clears to pursue a refund . What a scam and easy money for these crooks

Definitely scammers

Last night looked account and they have stolen 29.95 from my account i never signed up or agreed to the i have a claim in for frawd as these people are clearly scammers u say not ur company these other complaints say other wise

They have taken money from my account as well where i did not even subscript or sign with these guys told the bank because the payment is showing pending once its cleared they will then look into this its a fraud i have just emailed that company for a refund but wont know until they respond

No idea how they got my details but…

No idea how they got my details but helped themselves to various amounts from my account and then a further amount today! Have reported this fraud to police FSA and bank who are all investigating.
Bank have refunded all amounts taken today and have also advised they are dealing with these transactions on a daily basis now and are taking it very seriously within their fraud department, police also advised I’m one of many in this area targeted by them and is also an ongoing investigating by them over many force areas within the Uk so appears this company are seriously at it throughout the country!

Scammers

My elderly father has been charged for a 'savings pack' that he has not asked for. These thieving b*****ds have followed without will be charged £89.99 in 21 days time in TINY writing! Absolute scammers. Reporting to fraud team on Monday. DO NOT deal with this hideous company who through reading the reviews are concentrating on elderly, vulnerable people. Disgusting.
Pricing is not on there more than once.

In order for one of our Previews to have been set up an agreement does need to be made. If you feel something has gone wrong on this occasion, we would be keen to investigate and assist.  

Our demographic is very vast so we do try and ensure there is something within our membership that can suit everybody! That being said, we appreciate if the membership is not for everybody. The Preview period is offered to an individual to first enjoy the benefits and gives the opportunity to make an informed decision on whether to continue.

With regards to the letter, we’re sorry if you feel the writing is too small. We have put the cost on the letter a couple of times, front and back, one in a bolded section on the front. We take your comments on board and appreciate this feedback.

Company has taken £800 of of my 85 year old Grandmother who suffers with Dementia. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Stealing from vulnerable elderly people. You deserve locking up

We take claims of mis-sold memberships seriously, as transparency with our products and processes is a top priority of ours.

If at any point during this initial phone call it is deemed the member is in anyway vulnerable or unable to make an informed decision on the suability of the club, the membership would not have gone ahead. Unfortunately, this isn’t always immediately obvious over the phone.

Furthermore, if a claim is made that guidelines have not been followed, we will always to our best to investigate the matter.

Just found out that my 80+ old mother has had 99.98 taken from her account by this company. They have no idea how they got her details. A bush of robbing Bs.

I have just had a letter addressed to…

I have just had a letter addressed to my husband who died in September of this year, never heard of these people or seen anything from them before, disgusted with the poor reviews I have seen seems I'm not alone on wondering who on earth they are and how they got my late husbands details.
