I booked four airline tickets with them on 16/6 They quoted a promotional offer and the total seemed reasonable. so I bought the tickets and I was told with in 24 hours you would receive the tickets! The next day they told me the promotional offer had ended and asked me to pay an additional £3,000 for new tickets, which we refused pay and requested for a refund as they did not issue the ticket!
After pressing for a resolution, they provided a ticket reference number for the Airines! The airline confirmed that this reference was invalid!
We had been chasing for a solution and, despite multiple communications, I did not receive a valid ticket or a proper refund. I am now left with extra charges and no confirmed itinerary.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend them and advise others to verify all price changes and ticket references directly with the airline before paying. I have contacted my card issuer/consumer protection authorities for help!

I'm very disappointed with services. I booked a flight and they didn't send me e ticket and provide confirmation s. After calling to many times still they ignoring this matter.

Emily was of great assistance, she assisted us well and was extremely patient throughout the whole process.

I have been finding flights to dubai for a long time and struggled to do that, however i soon found “bestticketfares” and gave them a call with a person called Atul. He has gave and found me cheap and good airline flights to dubai, i am very grateful for what he has done for me. Thanks!

They Intentionally Attracts people With Very Good Prices for Tickets and directs you to another company to pay .

The company attendant call you by phone and promise to send your tickets in few hours after the payment . 

They confirm the prices and flights before you pay in the phone call.

Before the payment everything looks perfect !

They make you believe you are making a good deal with the best price for tickets!
After the payment … you will find the truth.

The best price is a bait to catch you . 

They will charge you more money to print your ticket because the air company changed the price or because any other lie to change your mind and pick up extra money from you . 

In fact … if you don’t pay more money after your first payment … you cannot get your ticket.

If you cancel … they will charge you unbelievable fees .

If you wait until your flight to get your ticket … they are earning time with your money .

If you really needs peace… please don’t buy your tickets with this people .

After your payment… they do not answer your phone calls if you refuse to pay more money for them .

Maybe …You will need of a good lawyer after your payment .I have one .

They are liers … they intentionally lie to you before and after receive your money .
Please avoid to spend your money in this company .

Their promises before your payment are wonderful. 

After your payment … everything changes .
This is intentional bad faith .


please refuse to pay extra money and refuse to pay charges for the cancellation that is not your fault . 

I Have received my refund in total after my post here in the trust pilot .
they were trying to charge me almost 100% extra money and they refused to refund my booking without a charge fee .
I highly recommend to this company members to stop lying and deceiving people to get extra money or fees to cancel the order because of your intentional misleading.

Finally, I would like to tell all the attendants that I have forgiven you all and I bless you. However, I recommend that you get to know Jesus and repent of your sins and lies so that you may receive forgiveness and eternal salvation from Him.

I booked 3 tickets together with a same reference but they called me next day and said they have only one ticket in this class and they have been booked for me and the remaining two I will have to pay more in different class i said why I am going to pay more with different class if you can't booked all tickets together so why did you booked only one in the economy class and that was also non refundable and they said the airline booked automatically available seats i said i booked 3 tickets together because they can't travel alone and that's way i booked together if you couldn't booked all tickets together so why you booking just on ticket without my permission because they knows these tickets were not flexible and they wanted to blackMail and they did because after this i had nothing to pay more to book with someone else and because tickets were non refundable so I wasn't illegible for refund they knows I don't have any other option now if I booked with someone else so I am not getting refund for booked ticket and If I request for other two tickets refund so they said I also will have to wait 15 days for refundable this is totally blackmailing I would recommend don't chose these kind of websites

I really appreciate Aarif for helping me and sorting out my issue.He was very professional ,kind and cooperative.

I booked my tickets online whilst speaking to an agent who talked me through the process. Initially I received a good deal and booked and paid. I then discovered that it was no longer this price and a child had been booked rather than an adult. The seat could then simply not be changed to adult and a long winded process occured. Neo then assisted the booking and tried his best to accomodate. He was helpful and communicated well. However, my initial cost escalated by another £700. I was told I couldn't be refunded. I would not choose to use this company again.

The service Neo offered was fantastic, easy, and very supportive linguage for customers.
