The Bed Shop Recensioni

Excellent service with flexible delivery times to suit all

Don’t hesitate to use this company. Friendly, speedy efficient service and excellent delivery.

Great experience, good delivery (up four flights of stairs!) and bed made up in the room for me.

Have used this company for years and they consistently deliver a great service at a reasonable price.

Excellent service by Gordon and team. The entire process of enquiring to purchasing, delivery and installation was seamless and efficient. Prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend them.

I have tried many different memory foam pillows over the years but the gel one I bought from the bed shop is the best one for a comfortable night’s sleep. I live overseas so this is the second one I bought to take back with me.

First class service with special mention for Craig. Sourced a specific bed style at short notice and delivered (personally) on a day when they don't normally deliver. Would strongly recommend.

Ordered online, delivery date scheduled in the future for after I moved in. Staff were helpful and accommodating.couldnt have made the whole process easier

I cannot recommend the Bed Shop highly enough. From order to installation the process was quick and easy.

I had originally placed an order with another high street store and waited for months with no communication before cancelling the order and looking elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised that the bed arrived so quickly. I found the customer service excellent in all communication.

I had no problem with installation and there was no mess to clear up afterwards.

Next time I need a new bed I know where to go and will recommend everyone else to do the same

Decent bed for the money and grateful for delivery. Easy to assemble.

Amazing service, great bed. Highly recommended. Thank you Gordon from customer service.

The bed shop is brilliant. Very helpful and nice people there, quick delivery, in fact, same day. The guys even put the mattress on the bed for us. I thought was really nice of them.
Really good website too. Oh and of course, the mattress is so comfy.
I would recommend this company any day!

Great service right through from ordering to delivery. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Really smooth, from using the website to finding a lovely mattress to paying for customer service and delivery absolutely top class. This is my second purchase from the bed shop edinburgh and i could'nt be more happier with the excellent service. Made everything an absolute breeze . Thankyou ..

So helpful- excellent personalised service.

This is the best bed I’ve ever had in my life!

I was impressed by the fast responses to my emails. Service was brilliant. I enquired about the availability of beds on the Saturday, ordered the following day and they were delivered on the Tuesday.

Excellent! Quick service and very reasonable price.

Highly recommend the Bed Shop. We bought a bed and mattress online, it was followed up with a phone call to arrange delivery. The whole process was smooth, friendly and on time. Old bed taken away and the new bed looks great, and mattress so comfortable.
Very happy with the service provided, and would definitely use again.
