The Bed Shop Recensioni

Fantastic company and excellent service throughout. Takes the stress of assembly the guys delivered and assembled my Ottoman bed without any worries. Highly recommended.

Great service, delivery on time, great bed!

Had to wait a bit longer than expected for the bedframe ordered, but the team called immediately to let me know and offer me an alternative bedframe that would be available immediately for the same price, similar specs. I chose to wait as I had chosen the frame specifically, but this was incredibly kind of them! They also let me know I could narrow down my delivery window if I wanted by contacting them the day before, which was very helpful of them. The delivery was extremely quick and smooth.

Excellent selection of quality products. User friendly website, great customer service & communication. Speedy efficient delivery and uplift of old mattress.

Good customer service, keeping in touch re delivery etc

Online bed ordered and delivered for a tenanted flat. Quick delivery and seamless service. Highly recommend.

Store team were very helpful in helping choose the right mattress, very nice and friendly. When I had an issue setting up the bed Craig was super helpful and they came back to help same day which was fantastic can't thank them enough!

Excellent customer service (friendly, knowledgable and not pushy). I am very happy with my new bed.

Visited the store before I placed an online order. Very helpful team and happy to provide information. Really speedy response to my online order to arrange delivery and delivered on time with no issues. Would highly recommend

Went to The Bed Shop today and was served by Gary.
Fantastic service, no hard sell on the contrary just great advice from a knowledable sales person.
Chose a mattress that was more than I had budgeted but very happy to do so after a small discount was agreed. Never felt pressured and was left to decide without any pressure.
This is how shopping should be!

Couldn’t have been more helpful - informed me without prompting that the item in my basket was limited stock and could be delivered the next day.

Personal phone the following day to confirm delivery slot.

Absolutely delighted with the helpful and considerate approach taken by this company .

Excellent service. Bed arrived in less than a week with a quality sprung mattress. Can’t recommend highly enough

Good price and very helpful staff. Very convenient delivery

The Web site was easy to use and very informative. Ordering and delivery planning was simple on line with the actual delivery slot being advised the day before. This was duly met and the carrying in and then the collection of the old mattress was professionally done. Once installed the new mattress was an excellent buy for the quality and comfort it provided. We will definitely use the Bed Shop again in the future.

Really quick, efficient service. I asked, via webchat, if it would be possible to deliver a bed before Christmas. I was sent links to available items, ordered, and the bed was delivered 24 hours later. Very pleasant experience, delivery people friendly and efficient. I'm very impressed and would definitely recommend. The bed is high quality

We bought a mattress from you which was to hard and you exchanged it for us no problem

Great service and great communication from The Bed Shop Edinburgh. I would definitely use again.

Very happy with bedside cabinets. Well made & already assembled. Kept informed of when the items would be delivered. Had bought a bed before & also very happy with that too.
