The Bed Shop Recensioni

Great service, kept us informed so very pleased overall

Prompt efficient service and brilliant bed.

Great service from sale to delivery and assembly, many thanks

Great offers and good delivery. Keep you well informed of delivery time. Bought a new mattress which is such good quality at a very good price in the sale.

The customer service from the Bed Shop was excellent. A great range of products, excellent communication and an efficient delivery. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Were very helpful. And the job was very good thank you.

Fantastic and reliable service. Furniture arrived on time. No problem to be delivered up 3 flights of stairs with no lift (many other online companies refuse to go beyond 2 floors). Small issue with one of the beds very quickly resolved. Very easy to communicate with the company. Highly recommend.

Good choice, price and service from start to delivery

Went out of their way to make sure someone was in(as I was at work). Great correspondence before hand. My mattress is great quality and a decent price

Super customer service (Edinburgh Bonnington Store)! My bed was delivered quickly and very efficiently. Friendly service. I couldn't work out how to put the divan together, so phoned the Bedshop and they very kindly came back and assembled everything for me. Very happy - a great customer experience.

Comfortable medium mattress. Picked up and took away our old one. Done on time. Great value.

Bed shop kelham island
Bed shop kelham island - unfairly rents out car spaces to residents to earn income and pressures residents for cash payments only

I suggest you inform the kelham island branch. As far as I’m concerned you’re all one business.

Excellent service brilliant delivery guys furniture is beautiful just what I wanted thank you 👍

Purchased the Hoxton Julian Bowen Super king set. Positive: Good service from the Bed Shop Edinburgh. Delivery service was well communicated and I was kept up to date.
Negative is mainly with the bed frame. Although the bed is solid there are small splinters and appearances of sharp edges that have since come off the bed immediately after assembly. These defects have come mainly from the headboard. This is rather annoying given the expectation was that I was buying a good and quality bed given the brand name. Now I’m being cautious so to avoid potential scratches to my skin as a result of these defects. I’m displeased about the quality and feel the finishing could have been better.

We were able to test out the mattress in the showroom. It was then delivered quickly, and communication was good around delivery time.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had an awful experience with another company and was left without a bed. Craig and the team got me out of a mess within 24 hours! Quality of product excellent, professional delivery and set up. Highly recommend them.
