Most terrible translation experience ever
Requested to have a marriage certificate translated and certified. After paying a hefty fee, I had to follow up when I would receive the translation. 3 weeks onwards, still awaiting the original certified document. No professional solution provided, besides a quote that DHL could sent it, but additional postage charges to be for my own account. What they promise on their page, they are unable to deliver. I kindly requested for a resolution and instead of assistance, I receive comments that it is my problem to deal with.
I recommend not to use this company for your translations!

Most of what you write are incorrect!
First of all you didn't order an original, you ordered a certified translation to be used in the US to be sent to you as PDF. We let our notary in the US make one for you. As we knew the purpose of the translation our notary suggested that you got yourself an original as only the PDF might to be accepted. After discussing back and fourth for a few days YOU decided that you didn't want to pay for a shipment with DHL as you thought that the cost for the translation was so expensive so we should pay for the DHL delivery. You paid in total EUR 63 for a certified translation made by a US notary! As you didn't want to pay the DHL fee the shipment was made with ordinary US mail.
You didn't kindly request anything, you have been calling us 3-4 times a day, writing e-mail 3-4 times a day threatening to tell the whole world know how bad we delivered..
Mr Thuijs, we have kept every promise on our website and even made you aware of the fact that what you ordered might not be enough something you later confirmed yourself. The fact that you didn't want to spend money on a secure shipping was solely your decision.

Perfect
They were all I needed: fast (about 12h), no errors (Portuguese can be a demanding language, specially in a formal document) and not more expensive than in an official embassy.

Your delivery is an example of what can go wrong, delivered on time but the delivery email end up in the waste bin. So once again I want to point out how important it is to check the waste bin should one not have received the delivery on time.
