Fast and easy
First time, but I would use again. Translation was fast and whole process was easy. There is no way to know the quality of the actual translation, but given the professionalism shown, I have no concerns. Would use again!

Non native translation
I required a translation from English to Japanese. As I do not know Japanese I asked a native speaker to check the translation. He told me that this translation was done "direct" from English in to Japanese without considering the specifics of the Japanese language. Hence a native speaker receiving this translation might be a bit irritated or misunderstand the sense.
Post Response from "The Native Translator":
That's strange as the person I asked to check is also a very well educated native Japanese. I look forward to the response from the receiver of the translation.
However I forgot to mention one very positive observation, the response and processing time from "The Native Translator" was very fast, much less than 24hrs.
