1st class service !!
I have been using Test Valley for over 15 years now. In that time they have been nothing short of excellent in terms of service, quality of product and most of all price. Nobody else out there comes even close to the full package Test Valley offer.

Test Valley are fully committed to providing excellent customer care and we, the customer, are the key focus throughout the organisation. The turnaround to queries and requests is almost immediate with all the information and guidance required, plus more. All teams and members at Test Valley are extremely friendly and helpful. A must go-to company for all your packaging needs
If you are looking for a friendly, helpful, efficient packaging company ..... then look no further. Test Valley are the best company I have had the pleasure to deal with. Their sales staff and customer service are second to none. Our personal account handler Lindy Dibble is the nicest, yet professional person. She makes even the most awkward of requests seem reasonable and I have never felt as though our requirements are ignored.
She always has a sunny manner and a positive go-getter attitude.

We order packaging as a company. Never had any problems with Test Valley, they always provide good service and the staff are very helpful. Quick and responsive, with reasonable prices.

Great service & great value!
