We've been using Test Valley Packaging for a couple of years now. Their late order cut off times and fast delivery has gotten us out of some sticky situations in the past when we've ran low on certain carton sizes. Coupled with their new online ordering portal which has made placing orders so much easier, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

One final note, their 75mm kraft tape is the best we’ve found, and we’ve tried a few!

Test Valley have a huge knowledge & experience which they are always happy and enthusiastic to share with you. Nothing is to much trouble and will offer advise if necessary. They offer good quality packaging range at competitive prices, also sustainable paper packaging which we are using with great success.

The team is very helpful, even when trying something new or bespoke. The communication from all the departments is on point, and in the unlikely even that there is something wrong, they are there to support every step of the way. Test Valley Packaging have been brilliant to us. Taking the time to understand our packaging requirements and using their expertise to suggest alternative products that we may not have originally considered to benefit our operation. Overall, very impressed with the professionalism, innovation and company ethos. A special mention to Boyd, who has been brilliant in dealing with our requirements.

We as a business have worked with TVP for a very long time and cannot fault the service we receive from them. All their staff are friendly and helpful with requests being actioned quickly. Their next day delivery service and relatively small order requirements suits our business perfectly. Supply through the pandemic and following years has been very difficult, but TVP still managed their stocks well and we rarely saw issues in supply of our packaging materials from them. Our business has grown considerably in the last 25 years because we offer our customers the very best service. To achieve this we demand excellent service from our suppliers and TVP certainly deliver on that front.

Context: TVP supply multiple items (protega/ hexcel/ branded brown paper + other consumables) to our ecomm business. Daily dispatch of between 6-50k orders per day of perishable and fragile goods through out the UK

Ruth has provided excellent support in training and improving our packers' techniques to maximise protection but minimise cost. She has been to site at least 4 times during the set up phase and provided multiple options and solutions to fix known problems. Quick to respond and fair prices.

I've been buying from TVP for over ten years, why ?
Whilst other packaging companies have tried over the years none really get close to the service level, pricing and quality of products as TVP. Also as they offer next day delivery on all stock items we've been able to reduce our stock holding level. When the need arises for bespoke box / packing solutions the team could not be more helpful to deliver a sustainable, value for money solution.
