I wish I had of read these reviews before I paid $200 for two “high quality” Titanium chopping boards as a Xmas present. What everyone else said is true: quality looks like it’s shipped from cheap shop overseas, scratched and dented on arrival, zero response from company when complaint raised (email, phone and FB). You’ll notice you can’t even leave a review on their website site so I assume there fake. Do yourself a favour and do not buy.

The customer service does not exist. They just resell cheap products from Ali express.

The Terra Wellness Titanium Cutting Board 2.0 does the complete opposite of what it claims. Instead of protecting your knives, it blunts them almost immediately and the board itself scratches from the very first use. I’ve contacted their support email and number multiple times now to arrange a return and refund, but have received no response. The whole business is a scam. Terrible product and customer service. Do not buy from this business.

Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! We bought a air fryer , did not get invoice and got a different product cheaper than the one we order. Trying to contact them and never answer and they do not reply emails.

I purchased two 5.5l air fryers specifically because they had borosilicate glass and were advertised on their website. I paid $100 more for each air fryer to get superior quality. They sent me two 6.5l air fryers that I could have purchased from local JB HI FI or BIG W for much less cost. When I contacted them via email they said they would refund my money and organise to collect the air fryers. They have not refunded my money after several emails and phone attempts which immediately cuts off. I had used this company before and was happy with them but on this occasion they are behaving very poorly. I will go through fair trading but am very disappointed as I needed this money to buy Xmas gifts and they are ghosting me.

Scam scam scam. Do not trust this company. Fake tracking number comes out of China.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy from Terra Wellness Co! I purchased something that cost $135 and they sent me a dispatch notice! 3 weeks passed and I chased up tracking only for them to advise that there was a manufacturer fault and that I could get a refund! That was the last email I received - they don’t answer the phone nor answer emails and block you on Facebook. - I lodged a PayPal dispute however as I chose the wrong category it was declined so I need to call them tomorrow to try and sort out!! This company is a scam it’s a disgrace!

I purchased the Ergonomic Pillow - Align Your Spine and when I received it, it looked nothing like what was advertised, It was so flat I might as well be laying on the mattress. I tried it for 4 nights but it gave me a very sore neck. They advertise a 90 day refund but I have sent several email requesting a refund and heard nothing. I tried calling the mobile number advertised and it goes straight to message bank - left several messages and no call back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

I purchased a neck and shoulder massager from this online company. Terrawellness.com.au . There address in Kingsciff Nth NSW but no other contact details.
The item description and photos looked great on the site.
Unfortunately the item that was delivered was nothing like the one pictured. In-fact it was so small it looked like it was made for a child and very light weight. Very poor quality.
I emailed the company and received a automated response. Emailed a few times and the same response.
On investigation the label had “eBay “ on it.
I looked on eBay and sure enough the exact item they sent me was listed for $55 dollars cheaper with free delivery.
They just drop-shipped the item from eBay.
Don’t buy anything from these scammers.
