We have used Tequipment on a couple of occasions and recieved good prices and quick shipping.

How can I put into words or express my appreciation for this company. Twice in the last few months I had ordered an item I thought was in stock only to find it would be a month or three until I might get it. (Chips and all of that) They worked with me for another item that would substitute. One of them I owed them and one they refunded me. The refund took less time than the item to be sent to me. Since March 1st 2022; 16 orders totaling over $16,300 says it all. Ranging from $31.00 to $5000+ and every order was given the same care and attention. I have been a customer since 2012, I use Tequipment as my go to place not only to buy equipment, but their videos and reviews make a difference.

Total scam. They pull-out money from my account immediately after placing a month+ lead time order.
At announced ship date nothing happened - no email, no call informing about delay. After calling customer support, agent stated that product is "in transit". He was clueless about delivery date. After week I contacted them again and yet another agent stated that thing must be somwhere in the warehouse and he'll let me know when they resolve the issue. Another week - no calls no emails. Today, I canceled order. I call them to confirm cancellation - answer: we need 10 days to reimburse you. Result: As of today they are still on hold of my money for almost two months, delivering nothing except lies (hopefully I'll get my reimbursement within promissed 10 days). Advice: stay away from these people, it will do good to your blood pressure and your project.
