I read the reviews before ordering from GlobalTestSupply.com and decided to purchase a Fluke Networks MicroScanner2 main wiremap adapter. The price was noticeably below the typical market price, which was definitely a plus.

The order was completed successfully, although it took about two weeks and there were a couple of minor issues along the way.

First, there was a temporary hold/transaction on my card that appeared in my bank with a rather confusing message mentioning a refund. It was not immediately clear what was happening with the order.

Second, when I contacted support, the operator provided me with a tracking number that contained a one-character error. That caused some additional confusion until the correct tracking information was figured out.

In the end, I received what I ordered and the price was very good. Overall, a positive experience, but the communication and attention to detail could be improved. That's why I would rate it 4 stars rather than 5.

I placed my Leica 3D Disto software order on July 26, and the estimated delivery date has since been changed four times. In August, I was told that the company expected to receive the item that same day and would be able to ship it to me. Unfortunately, that information proved inaccurate.

I have sent three follow-up messages and have not received a single response. I even explained that I would accept digital delivery if it would speed up the process, but that request was also ignored.

The repeated delays are frustrating, but the complete lack of communication is even more disappointing. This experience has made me feel that the company simply does not care about its customers after accepting their orders. I will not purchase from this company again.
