Ordered runners but unfortunately colour didn’t suit so returned. Can’t get my refund because I keep being told by customer service that the order is in the UPS warehouse and not in the Teppana warehouse. I’ve told them that’s not my problem and now I think the only way to get my refund is by raising a charge back through my credit card because I have the tracking number. Such a shame because I have since ordered runners in a colour that does suit and love the rugs but Teppana you’ve let yourself down with this poor service on returns!

Beautiful rug. Great quality and design..

We are really pleased with our rug. Finding the right sized circular rug was a challenge, so we were happy to find Teppanna. The rug did take a while to get to the UK, and the box was a little battered, but well worth the wait. Thank you

Had been offered a discount and never received it! Carpet does not seem to stay in its original position despite your claims.

The friendly staff and emails.Everything arrived as described and on time.
The rug has been down for nine months and regrettably required a wash but has had heavy use.
However it washed beautifully and looked like new. Fabulous

I've had my Teppana rug for a couple of months now and am very happy with it. Delivery was prompt, I like the design, and the rug both washes and spot cleans well - my cat vomited on it only a few days after it arrived, so we tested the washability right away 🤦‍♀️😂. With the rug pad it is thick enough to be a good surface for my children and cats to play on. I do need to flatten it out after vaccuuming but haven't found that too tedious. I use rug tape to keep the edges in place, and you can see a line where the rug pad ends, but I can live with it. There is also a bit of a dent forming where my sofa chaise rolls over it. Yes, it is low pile more like a mat and not very plush, but that's also what makes it so easy to clean. I find the downsides worth it for the cleanliness.

I liked the more modern and colourful designs and I wasn’t disappointed when the carpet was delivered. Very happy with the experience

Excellent quality rug - I'm able to easily wash all the time and it stays in the condition I got it.

I can't say how delighted we are with our new rug. The quality is excellent, arrived in just a few days and looks exactly how we expected.
In fact we love it so much we've ordered a second for another room in the house. Absolutely brilliant 👏

Love this rug. I chose I light colour because of the fact I can wash it. Had a few dirty paw marks on it but they spot cleaned perfectly. It doesn’t move, is very stable on our wooden floors. Like the fact that I can just change the upper part of the rug if I want a change. Good price as well in their sale. Lot cheaper than their competitors and good quality.

I ordered 3 rugs from the Green colourway section. However, when the rugs arrived (very quickly and they
looked to be of good quality), the colours were grey and cream which unfortunately did not fit in with our colour scheme.

I emailed and called their customer support, who said they would speak to.their design team. They replied that there was some green in the rug, but neither I nor my friends could see it.
They said they would feed my comments back.

As the rug was predominately grey, I wondered why it was not present in an alternative colour section.

I have returned the rugs, but insufficient time has passed to receive a refund. I was offered a 15% discount to keep the rugs.

Rug looks beautiful, feels good underfoot and the fact that I can wash it is such a bonus. Some small marks that my dog made were easily sponged off without leaving any fading or change in colour. Happy to recommend.

The carpets arrived in good time and in excellent condition.
The instructions on how to fit and lay the carpet onto the base are clear.

Beautiful, good quality rug arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Communications were good. Arrived by UPS on given day. Everything went smoothly and no import duties to pay. Would definietly buy from this company again.
