It doesn't work and I have to pay postage!!
The machine doesn't work. So after finally getting hold of someone at the company, I have posted it back AT MY EXPENSE! Even the teller at the Post Office thought that was out of order!! We'll see if I get a working machine in the mail now.
Edit: Your reply to me here on Trustpilot does not align with the email I received today from Tahnee. Yes, of course I was happy to send the unit back to you for testing, that has not changed. When you are ready to send me a replacement machine that works, please let me know. It might be prudent of you to refrain from any other communication, including phonecalls, and hasty digs on Trustpilot, until you do. Only then will the matter be resolved.
