Absolutely bollocks the bed they delivered was shit didn’t even bring the correct colour headboard they don’t answer the phone once you complain so be aware hard to get a refund but just go though the county court it’s £30 but they’ll make sure to get your money back that’s what we have done the bed we ordered is nothing like what got delivered the materials is such poor quality save yourself the wasted time and just go to a proper website like dusk

Dreadful,cancelled my order for a bed,because I was having trouble paying with my card.Next day I had a phone call telling me that my bed would be delivered that afternoon? and I could pay cash on delivery,I had to run around and borrow money from friends to get the cash.They turned up at 7 pm ISH.They insisted that I watch them take the bed from the van ?and as soon as it was unloaded had their hands out for the cash.I asked them to take it upstairs,and they went to look,left my bed
upright in the garden,and it fell over,hitting a concrete flower pot,I didn't realise till I took the drawers out that they broke it.They said it wouldn't go upstairs,my son managed it later.By this time I was glad to see the back of them and told them to go,on the way out of the door they knocked over a box containing some artwork and broke a frame.I contacted the company who said they would pass on to complaints.I asked them to send me £20 in compensation,or I would write a review that would not be pleasant,dreadful company,would advise to avoid

I ordered a bed from Tender Sleep on a Friday with the promise of next-day delivery (Saturday). No one contacted me on Saturday until late evening, when they said it would now be delivered on Monday.

On Monday, I followed up at 3pm as I’d heard nothing. They replied saying yes, it would still be delivered. I asked for a delivery time — they told me to “wait.” By 6pm, I still hadn’t received any updates, so I tried calling and messaging again. They stopped replying and blocked my phone number.

I wasted two full days waiting for a delivery that never came, with no courtesy communication and no accountability. I’m grateful I selected cash on delivery, so I haven’t lost money — but the experience was frustrating and disrespectful.

If you’re considering buying from Tender Sleep, I highly recommend choosing cash on delivery and not paying upfront. Wait to see the product first, as the service and reliability are deeply disappointing.

Order a king-size bed late Friday evening. I know it says next day delivery but thought we would get the bed Monday. I got a phone call Saturday say they could deliver that day after 4 o'clock. It turned up just after 4 and I was very satisfied with the bed for what we payed and the quality i was very happy would use this company again

We ordered a base and headboard, they delievered it, ran out the door and we found the headboard was seriously damaged and the base was in 2 pieces with no fixtures to hold them together. We made three written complaints and were completely ignored. Nothing at all. In the end we had to open a section 75 claim with credit card company. I note a lot of the 5 star reviews on trust pilot are from people with no other reviews?! Avoid - these guys are con artists.

Terrible, dishonest company. I ordered a particular bed and agreed a price. Brought very inferior bed which I returned. Luckily I hadn't paid them. Can only contact via message, no phone number available. Eventually admitted they never had the bed they had sold me!! I think they bring the cheaper bed hoping customers will accept it if they have no bed for that night. Terrible company, Terrible service. Steer clear!!

Be cautious of this scam company, as they may send you the wrong product and refuse to provide a refund. They may also block you from contacting them. They have recently changed their name to Softwood.

Hi All, Are you sure the reviews are for the correct company for Tender Sleep Beds LTD. As there is another company with similar name called Tender Sleep LTD who are ripping people off, sending them shoddy beds, wont accept refunds and I am collecting all the information to report them, but its not this company they have a similar name. I was delivered a damaged bed which they haven't bothered to refund me, when I look up their information I see the same director has two different company name and addresses and he keeps changing the address details, there is lots of reviews of them collecting the goods and not refunding people and they just ignore you. I am taking them to court so If anyone has any further details about Tender Sleep LTD/ DIVAN BEDS and 30 penal Road/ or 45 Hopton road, just changed address again. THIS COMPANY IS A LIAR ! RUN FROM THEM AT ALL COST. I PURCHASED A METAL TRIPPLE BUNK BED I SAW ON THEIR WEB, I CONTACT THEM AND THEY CHATTED ME TO CONFIRM THE EXACT BED ON WHATAPPS WTH PHOTO AND ALSO ASSEMBLE SERVICE. BUT WRONG BED WAS DELIVERED AT HIGH PRICE THAN WHAT SHOULD HAVE PAID ELSEWHERE! AND THEY LIED ABOUT BOOKING ASSEMBLYING SERVICE FOR ME...LIAR PLEASE RUN FROM THEM

AVOID FOR ALL COST! Scammers! They are sending wrong beds (basically they bought it in Argos for less than half price), and then ignoring all complaints!! Will report them to Trading Standards!

What a bunch of cl*wns, completely wasted my time with this unprofessional, unreliable company.

Schedule for my furniture to be delivered and they keeped on delaying the delivery time, I waited the whole day and by the end of the day they did not show up.

Next day, they messaged me to deliver my products and they did the exact same thing.

I'm so sorry I used this stupid site.
They are 100% profit, the only ones who looses money are the clients, like me, only £165, because I didn't think the mattress is going to give me the same back pains like before, I even tried to use a topper on it.
My problem was that I did open the mattress before using it, I told them the third day after the delivery came, they wouldn't accept any return, not even for a smaller amount. I had the intention of buying an another mattress from them too, but no returns at all. And when I said, this means that I just lost £165, they offered to help me with the next mattress buying, I won't ever use that site again!!!

Great service. The bed is great quality, was delivered within’ a couple of days. Really recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The headboard is a completely different colour to the rest of the bed. The bed is also 25cm less that specified on the website!! The bed barely fits together and their customer service is absolutely awful. We will be getting the financial ombudsman involved. Don’t trust any of the good reviews. Worst company ever. There’s a reason why their beds are so cheap.

tried to buy a mattress, was never delivered and they acknowledged this, said for three days it was on its way and then when i asked again they swore at me and hung up the phone and called me a liar, saying i already received the mattress and told me to take legal action if i want my money back. awful company DO NOT BUY.

Great bed. Very sturdy and easy to put together. Delivered next day. Delivery guys phoned before delivery and were polite and wore masks. Would buy from here again.
