bed was totally different to the pictures… runners were broken. Raised a case with ebay which they keep closing will be contacting my bank… just want them to collect the rubbish bed

Awful_ avoid if you can_ flimsy headboard,no proper fittings to connect it to the bed,very poor quality base

Avoid this company they sell exactly what they are called cheap beds low quality only had the 3ft mattress a week collapsed in the middle total rip off

I do not know why you are no longer on eBay, fact is I’ve just purchased a mattress and I have paid as much as £800 , but the one I got from you for under £200 is the best ever , they will not let me review on eBay, but I had to fine a way to say thank you .ps I am using my friends iPad .

I was a bit sceptical after I ordered as I couldn't get through on the phone or by email, then read the reviews and thought I had made a mistake ordering!

However, I contacted via the What's App link on the website and got a reply almost instantly, then they checked and confirmed the delivery was scheduled for when I had requested.

Today, I had a notification that it would be here between 7-9, then an update and the driver was on time. Lovely, helpful delivery driver, took the bed upstairs for me and helped me unpack it - I couldn't have asked for more.

The bed itself was a bargain, for the spare room so ordered a "cheap" bed, I am very surprised at the quality of the bed and the mattress - I would definitely buy from here again.

Brought 2.6 bed and mattress sets X2, £600 in total. The mattresses delivered were 3ft so hung over bases. This seller originally promised to exchange mattresses and then cut communication with me. Two months later and still not resolved. They said only way I can get a refund or exchange is if I return goods by tracked courier to the base which is almost 4 hours away and would cost £310. This is their error I didn’t order beds that don’t fit mattress! I feel as though I’ve been scammed. The goods purchased are now useless and I can’t afford to replace them!

Brought a bed via eBay paid £220 and it clearly said my item was dispatched then then emailed me demanding more money before they would send it!!! When I asked for a refund funnily enough there system was down! So not only will they not give me my money back they won’t send the item!!!! I would avoid this company at all cost they clearly need looking. Into bunch of scammers!!!!!

Where has my negative feedback gone? Others need to be warned of this truly awful company. They sent me an item NOT as described, now they want me to pay £55 to return it.

Brought 3ft 6 divan bed with luxury damask open spring mattress back in November. Was delivered when expected but how I wish it hadn't been. The bed is so cheap. The mattress is tufted so every time you turn over a 'button' which looks more like a plastic tag pokes in you. I have not had a decent night sleep since getting this torturous, uncomfortable bed. As soon as I can save some money to buy a decent bed this one is going to the dump as I would not wish anyone else trying to sleep on it.

The worse company, please avoid buy anything there, staff is totally unprofessional, I did received the wrong mattress and they answer was the mistake happen but was a huge mistake, fair enough if you made a mistake, but I did expend £200 in a mattress and they did send me a mattress for £99 totally different that i was ordered, so this guys scam with it please becareful the money right now is so hard to get, to be scammer for them.
That company is the worse , super bad organisation,the quality is super bad and they charge lot of money for it, and them they come with excuses like mistake happen, but now I'm wondering why they rather that sending a cheap mattress by mistake send a very expensive one, of course this kind of mistake never happen in that company. The justice come for you. Thanks for scammer me 💰. Surely you need it more that me. If someone want see the picture of the mattress that the company did send me please let me know and I'm happy to show you.

Ordered a bed well in advance 25th May for Delivery 8th June over £500. First of all no order confirmation which was strange, I called them 4th June to ask why no confirmation and delivery still for 8th June they apoligised and sent conformation + I would get a text 7th June to confirm delivery next day BUT got nothing I had to chase them to through a whole rigmarole of they dont have it.. Then call there Customer services for a refund so RUDE hung up - Your business wont last long with this service

Ordered a divan bed for my child on the 22nd January on the 27th they brought just the bed base and head board no mattress and they couldn’t guarantee delivery so i gave them the bed base back for them to phone my partner to deliver it on the 28th for him to get a call this morning to say the bed was damaged when putting it in the van today and would now be delivered on the 31st. Customer service is appalling for them to only offer a refund of £15 which i am still waiting for confirmation of this being done and yet still no bed for my 3year old for another 3 days. This is appalling and would definitely not recommend this company they are a shambles.

Well unfortunately nothing has changed. I’ve had the divan bed just over a year and it’s completely broken. All the slats are broken inside and the mattress has dipped - honestly it’s not worth purchasing from this company as they truly don’t care. They never rectified the fact that I ordered a king size headboard yet was sent a double…truly a nightmare of a company.

Great company, with speedy delivery. Good quality mattress and bed divans. Highly recommended.
