Since they took over Optima telecom, my internet connection has deteriorated, the speeds have decreased, and all this after I did not agree to "their" contract, which completely ignores the conditions I had with Optima. I want them to go bankrupt and starve because that's what they're doing to me, since I work from home and a stable internet connection (which is constantly interrupted and/or disabled) is essential for me to feed my family

Dostava kasni, zovem - dolazi sutra, ne dode pa tako u krug par dana.
Dostava mobitela je vracena Telemachu dok oni tvrde da je dostavljena meni i produzuju mi ugovor.
Informacije sam izvukao iz njih nakon vise dana poziva prema njima i dostavnoj sluzbi - tokom kojih me se lagalo puno puta.

They gave incorrect information regarding the offer they pushed over the phone, refused to provide it once I agreed to the new contract and asked about it through CS. CS over chat just decided they will not respond in chat because they obviously did not know how to answer the question. Response time via email is up to 15 days! Experience before needing to have contact with CS great, solid 4/5, now I'm looking into how to end the contract. Absolutely horrifying how badly this whole thing was handled - which was supposed to be a nice, small promotion to obviously retain and upgrade the services I use with the company.
I am waiting for feedback from their CS via email, but I have a gut feeling that I'll get the response that I misunderstood their offer and probably will not get anything concreate out

I've been buying prepaid cards since I moved to Croatia to use the internet. Telemach is either deliberately ripping people off or the marketing and design people there are incompetent to the point of negligence. Their prepaid cards are either NET2GO or SIM2GO with essentially the same design and the same price. When buying at a kiosk it's hard to tell what's what, especially if the seller doesn't know it either. I've had multiple times when I've asked for NET2GO (unlimited internet) and realized that it's the local 50GB one, not the tourist one. The tourist 50GB version that is the same as local 50GB version is called SIM2GO while the local version is NET2GO.
You get the picture, I'm not going to explain all of this here, it's a really bad practice whether it's intentional or not.

Worst provider
Worst provider, would never recommend, during our contract of two years we didn't have internet connection every 3rd day and had to call them and they would magically fix something over the phone and suddenly it would work for the next 3-4 days.
Prepaid to post paid and canceling ISSUE!
I was on prepaid plan, which I wanted to cancel, to go to other provider, I got a call from them to switch to post paid plan, but all same costs and specs as I was on the prepaid.
I have said YES over phone.
All was good until I wanted to cancel post paid plan.
I have called, but they said I cannot cancel it over phone, which is ridiculous if they can arrange it over phone to turn it on, then it should be same for canceling it.
After few e-mails and their incapability to response in legit time period + not capable of answering me with proofs they gave my case to "debt hunter" company.
After while I WON case, as I was right from the start.
But now I'm banned on telemach for not paying 10 EUR bill which I was never owning to them as they didn't want to cancel my plan.
Zero
Unfortunately there isn't a zero because that's what they are-one big zero of a company. After weeks of waiting for internet they wrote me in an sms that their service isn't available in my building

Telemach Croatia is the worst provider of services. I have satellite TV and they arent capable activate the receiver 7 for days.
Customer/Technical service are students that dont know what are they doing. One tehnician tells one thing, second tells other thing and third tells something else. At the end of the day I spend whole day speaking to them, and nothing is solved. Bunch of incompetent workers and incompetent&terrible MANAGEMENT.
Terrible service
Terrible service: my prepaid card is blocked before the end of the 30 days (not 1 Gb of the 10 Gb was used!) and Nobody in this firm is able to deblock it! Personal in the shop (Porec) doesn't do anything!Now wait and see or this company will give me my money back! Very bad, so no service up to now at all!!! No recommendation for tourists.
