Difficulty reaching out
My shipment has not arrived despite going for priority international mail. I reached out to them 5days ago is email but if there was an online chat function it would be easier to get help.

Better off shopping on Amazon
Very poor customer service. Not sure who they think they are. I shopped with them as they looked professional but far from it, they must be a garage business, you're better off getting them cheaper on Amazon, same quality.

Our customer service turtles typically respond to questions within 24 hours and are pretty awesome people, so we'd really appreciate if you could let us know more about your experience so that we can investigate further! The TeeTurtle team is just under 100 people spread across the US, with offices in St. Louis and Denver, so we're happy to say we're far past our garage shop days!
Also, we wanted to note to be wary of plushies on Amazon unless they're listed under the TeeTurtle store and show as Sold and Shipped by Amazon - we have patents and copyrights on our reversible plushies, but there are sometimes sellers on Amazon trying to pass off counterfeits as the genuine thing!

I ordered the "star eyes" reversible octopus plushie and I'm very happy with my order. The plushie is cute and soft. It was dispatched within a few days, and delivered to UK within 2 weeks. (I didn't get any tracking information once the item arrived in UK, but I realize that isn't TeeTurtle's responsibility so haven't included it in my rating of their service.)

Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service. I have bought loads of shirts in the past and this is the first time that I was sent the wrong one. I emailed to inquire how this could be fixed and the response was almost immediate! They are going to send out a new shirt and are letting me keep the wrong one to do with as I see fit. Bish bash bosh. I wish everything was solved so easily. Great company!

I love their product
I love their product, I have a shirt from them that’s true to size and I just ordered a reversible plush which I love. So glad they invented it cause now my family and friends know what mood I’m in.

Great customer service
There was a delay in shipping, but it was when they were moving to a larger warehouse. I wouldn’t expect this to be an issue anymore.
Customer service was incredibly helpful and responded quickly.

Very Happy Customer
I've had nothing but positive experiences with Tee Turtle products and customer service. The shirt material and designs are always high quality and the orders have always arrived in a timely manner. I've only had to contact customer service twice, though I've placed at least a dozen orders with them. Both times, the response I received was quick, helpful, friendly, and absolutely satisfactory.

Kind employees in customer service
A couple of months ago I ordered for the first time from their shop, and the first package unfortunately got lost somewhere while getting to Europe. They quickly and kindly responded to my cry for help, and soon sent a replacement one with no additional costs, apologizing for what happened (even though it was most probably not even their fault). Second package arrived on time, and the items were in perfect status. Keep it up!

Excellent customer service
I've ordered from TeeTurtle a few times and never had a bad experience. This last order I sent in was for 4 shirts that were on sale. 2 for me and 2 for my wife. All of the shirts came in very quickly but 1 of them was the wrong shirt. I sent an email to customer service and a guy named Kurt responded pretty quick. I forgot to put in the order number but he found it and apologized and sent the correct shirt in a new order. Super cool dude. 10\10 would order from TT again. Thanks Kurt

I've ordered t-shirts from Teeturtle multiple times. The first shirt is an often-worn favorite; so when I saw them running a sale, I decided to order another. This one came with quite a few sandy/dirt-looking stains on it, which I reported to them.
A Teeturtle rep replied right away, and kept in touch with me during the time that I tried washing the shirt; making sure that I was satisfied with the results. While the new shirt was a little thinner than the first one I bought -- their level of care and professionalism impressed me. Would order from them again without hesitation!

Great customer service and lasting…
Great customer service and lasting products. We have socks, pins, stickers and a ton of shirts. The Disney shirts last so much longer than the ones from Disney itself! I love the quality and durability of the fabric and the designs are great for teams meetings and casual Fridays.

Awesome shirts and Great service!
Shirt designs are epic, the website is super cute. I had only one issue with my order taking too long to arrive and the customer support was very helpful and polite. Replacement was arranged absolutely for free - both me and my husband were incredibly impressed. Now we are huge fans of TeeTurtle!

I had an issue with my order
I had an issue with my order, which I noticed had taken excessively long.
I opened a ticket, not really expecting a response in any reasonable amount of time, but to my surprise, within a few hours, a very detailed and apologetic response came in.
They explained how they were in the middle of a warehouse transition and how truly sorry they were for the delay. Goin as far as refunding me the shipping cost, they settled my concerns, courteously and quickly. This a great company that truly cares about its customers.

The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing. I wanted to buy a special edition for a game that was sold out. They’ve told me that if a customer canceled its order they would let me know. A couple of weeks later I've received an email explaining me that unfortunately all the copies were bought by their owners. I couldn't buy a special edition of my game, but just the email was enough for me to know that they care about their customers. Other companies wouldn't have written a response.

Schöne Produkte, ankommen wäre auch schön
Schöne Produkte, gute Qualität, immer wieder gerne bestellt. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn das Paket auch jedes mal seinen Weg finden würde.
12. Juni im Angebot etwas bestellt, relativ schnell im Versand gewesen, nur in Deutschland gings ab dem 6. Juli nicht mehr weiter. Keiner weiß wieso.
Bereits am 13. Juli bei TeeTurtel und DHL nachgefragt, ob es Probleme gibt und von beiden Seiten nur vertröstet worden. Ich solle bitte bis zum 21.7. warten.
Heute dann die Überraschung, mein Paket gilt 500km weit weg von mir, als unzustellbar. Auch hier weiß wieder keiner wieso. DHL ganz zügig, das ganze zurück an TeeTurtel.
Ich also Verbindung mit dem Kundensupport aufgenommen. Dort wurde mir angeboten, meine Bestellung zu stornieren (mit Geld zurück) oder ein neues Paket mit gleichem Inhalt. Und weil ich so ein großes Glück habe, gibt es natürlich 4 der 5 bestellten Items nicht mehr.
Also Geld zurück, da anscheinend mein eigentliches Paket nicht zu 100% bei TeeTurtel ankommen wird (laut Kundensupport). Geld zurück ging schnell und umstandslos.
Trotzdem habe ich nach fast 40 Tagen Wartezeit ein bisschen mehr erwartet .... Kundenbindung halt.
Also liebe Freunde spart euch das Geld und die Wartezeit, solange DHL für Teeturtel liefert.

We can certainly understand how frustrating it is to communicate with a merchant and a courier service to locate a package. We apologize for the hassle that this has caused, that's definitely not the standard we expect for our customers.
We’d like to explain a bit more about how this can happen. Once an order leaves our warehouse we trust that our courier, DHL, will help safely deliver it to the local postal service. Once it's been passed through customs and handed to the local postal service they will then complete the delivery. To hear that this wasn't the case with your order is upsetting. We understand how ordering from overseas companies can be stressful and it's never our intention to add to that.
In the past, packages returned to us would be destroyed when they reached the border. We have since made changes to help prevent this from happening since it can be heartbreaking to learn that the order you are excited about has been destroyed. Even still, we find that due to the limited tracking these returned orders can take months to make their way back to us with many of them becoming lost on the way. Since it's not a reliable solution we like to be more realistic about the options we use to make things right. This is why you were offered a refund or replacement item, given we were sold out of the items you’d originally selected.
This feedback is helpful for us as we continue to grow as a company. We’re constantly evaluating our shipping methods to help ensure the delivery experience is as smooth as possible. Honest experiences like your own give us the opportunity to look into changes we can make to accomplish this.
