I bought a few shirts from teeturtle thinking they looked good based on reviews and the quality is the same as 2$ shirts from China. They tore the first day, loose stitching, terrible quality shirts.

So very kind and helpful! Kurt was amazing when I needed help with my order! I highly recommend Tee Turtle and will definitely buy again!!

Update: I got my order quickly and even before it was scheduled!

There was a mixup with my last order, but customer service got it sorted and shipped out quickly. They were very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to order with TeeTurtle again. The designs are great, and I always get compliments whenever I wear one of their hilarious tees. I’ve lost count of how many I own.

Excellent customer service! I was ready to place my order but unfortunately I missed the sale by just a few hours. I reached out to customer service to ask when the shirts I liked would go on sale again and the customer service rep had me place my order, send him the order number, and he reimbursed me the difference so that I was able to get the sale price that I missed. I had never placed an order with Tee Turtle before but I had always wanted to, and knowing that this is the level of customer service they have I will definitely place more orders in the future!

Absolutely wonderful products. And the customer service is some of the best I've ever seen. My problem was taken care of within 24 hour and expertly at that.

I am so happy with my TeeTurtle experience. I had difficulties in receiving my parcel due to a broken door buzzer to my building. The parcel was then made undeliverable. But after some communication & multiple attempts for delivery, I finally received my order! I was even contacted by TeeTurtle & asked if I was satisfied with my products. I felt taken care of & felt like the company went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I will definitely be ordering from them again! Oh…… and I love the Star Wars collection of T-shirt’s they offer!

Their shirts are so cute! They make great presents and I myself have a couple! The images are great quality and their customer service is quick and efficient! Shout out to Kurt Turtle for being so sweet and helpful!

I love TeeTurtle's designs and their customer service is top shelf. They've always been responsive and friendly and quick to answer any questions. I absolutely love that about a week after I made a design suggestion it was both a new design and it was on sale for half price. I bought two. Honestly, I buy their t-shirts so often, I'm starting to think I have an addiction to them. What a great company they are!

Kurt was very helpful and made us chuckle with his reply. His answer definitely lessened our in-game arguments haha

I have bought a number of shirts from TeeTurtle, and all of them have been either adorable, funny, epic, or a combination of all. I bought them all at conventions. The staff have all been incredible and approachable. They’re eager to answer questions and fun to be around. My latest purchase as of writing was at FanX 2021 in Salt Lake City. At the time they ran out of my size of shirt, so they had to ship them to me. The amount of orders at the con made my order process a bit slowly, but once I reached out to inquire about my order, an amazing representative helped me get a hold of my tracking number. Soon after that I got my order in the mail. I can’t recommend them enough if you are a fan of funny or adorable designs.

I just wanna tell how grateful I am with the Tee Turtle company, especially ms Karralynn she's so amazing to gave time to reply to my emails,thank you so much! My fiance received my order before our anniversary and we're soo happy and excited,he wear it and he told me how comfortable to wear and the designs are great and we're a fan of science stuff too. We highly recommended the company, delivery from DHL too are great experience too. It's my first time to try this ordering from Philippines to USA they didn't disappoint us and will surely order again. There's a saying you have to try it so you can find the answers. And I am so grateful God made these anniversary of ours spectacular and so happy Tee Turtle become a part of it. We're a huge fan too of the designs though it was our first time to order but we usually shared the designs to our social media accounts coz we love to shared it to everyone. I ordered a shirt like 6 months ago and just put it on again today and realized how much I still love it. The color has stayed pretty true and the image is still beautiful, and true. Great quality and fits well. Will definitely order again

I honestly love the shirts from here. Their designs are original and the shirts are so comfy. The material is really soft and light! My first ever shirt from them was back in 2013 and I only don't wear it anymore because I gained a bit of weight, so their shirts last for a long time! Their customer service has been phenomenal the few times I've had to contact them. They're prompt and so helpful! Shipping has always been quick! They have great shirts if you want to get matching shirts! The only thing that would make this company even better is if they had baby sizes! Love this company and their shirts!

I have been ordering shirts for my husband for about a year now from Tee Turtle and he loves all of them. I just recently ordered some for my daughter. Tee Turtle have very soft shirts and the designs on the shirts lasts a very long time compared to any other company. Loves these shirts!

I wasn't sure we're to leave a review on the website, but I ordered a rainbow axlotol and glow in the dark skele cat flip plushie. They're so cute! Great condition as well, adorable packaging. I'll look into the website again and maybe get some T-shirts ^-^

This company is absolutely amazing!! The employees who also work there are seriously amazing! I have shopped with TeeTurtle for years now, purchasing many their your shirts and I can't express enough how much I love and appreciate this company. I wear my t-shirts from them everyday because I love the quality of the material. It's so soft, lightweight (but not see through) and has a good stretch to it and I feel so comfortable wearing them throughout my day. Even when I'm out running errands, I get a lot of comments from others who love the design I'm wearing and ask where I got it and I always point them to TeeTurtle!
Also, they have outstanding customer service! In my years of shopping with them, I've had to reach out to their customer service for an error I made on my end when placing an order and they always get back to you so quickly! They're communication is spot on and they gone above and beyond my expectations in helping me resolve any issues I have faced. My recent error was placing an order the night before one of their big sales and then realizing that I could of saved money on shipping if I just had waited one more night. So I reached out to customer service and they were so supportive in helping me resolve this issue. Jaclyn was so understanding and such a delight to talk and work with on my error that I had to come and write about this because they deserve it. I felt heard and my needs were met after reaching out. I want their hard work to be shown and to be known of how appreciative I am. Jaclyn thank you for all you helped me in all this :) You are amazing and I hope that you never forget that!

This company not only has amazing products, but the costumer service is impeccable, amazing, and very knowledgeable. They actually care about their customers, I have had many jobs in customer service and the companies i worked for wouldn't even come close to what I have experience with TeeTurtle. Not only were they caring when my package got lost in the mail they gave me options to fix/resolve the situation. Oh and finally the sales they have are awesome I would rather spend 13 dollars on a shirt made correctly and will last wash after wash than 5-9 dollars on a shirt that fades. I lied I still want to brag about 2 more things one the shirts are so soft and comfy i own like 10!!!! and as for the 2nd thing I would like to give a shout out to Shelby who helped me through my package issue that girl needs a raise and promotion!

This is an outstanding company with spectacular customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and I definitely plan to. If only all businesses were this attentive the world of online shopping would be a much better place.
