Had some trouble with Delivery abroad twice. The team at Tee Turtle came through each time, letting me decide how I wish to proceed. They were helpful and FAIR.

The customer service is spectacular! I mistakenly sent a plushie to the wrong address and they were happy to send out another one! Super helpful, and very kind! I’m sure my friend will love the stuffy, it’s so adorable!

The shirts are awesome and good quality. Shipping overseas takes a while, but really worth it. Most importantly, the support team is very friendly and helpful! Had a shirt lost by the post in my country, contacted TeeTurtle support after advised as such by the courier, and they immediately arranged a replacement for me which I received not long after.

Greatest company ever! Loved the reversible pets & the t-shirts! Customer Service was amazing when my order was sent to wrong address (my fault) and they sent my order back out very fast! Karalynn responded to my email & was awesome! Will definitely order again!

Great quality materials, soft light weight and can wear anywhere. I love my tee turtle shirts! Everytime i wear one i get people that say "cool shirt" or " i love it, where did you find that?" I tell everyone that asks it "tee turtle man! You gotta check it out, they have so much more then shirts to choose from!"

From the beginning of the order, receiving the order, and even returning it was all an easy process. I found an issue with one of the shirts I really wanted, granted I was excited by all of them. I contacted teeturtle and they QUICKLY made it right! I have the utmost respect for companies that provide excellent customer experience! 100% guaranteed I’ll be a repeat customer of TeeTurtle, both because of the cute, quality products, but also because of the caring customer service (thank you Kurt and Shelby!). I had an issue with fit (I'm plus size), and TeeTurtle was with me 100% of the way to find a solution. While they don't yet have a shirt size that fits me, they helped my voice be heard in the meantime and refund the shirts that didn't fit. And I'm glad to say my husband and both my boys love the shirts, both because of comfort and design. The Star Wars shirts are our favorites! Can't wait to see what cute designs they come out with next, because our family will be back for more.

I've ordered from Tee Turtle for over six years now. I have had one incident of non-delivery, my fault entirely. I emailed their customer service and I received a reply the same day. They immediately assisted with correcting the address and getting the item updated for delivery. This was the one and only time I have had an issue and for it being my fault they went way above with their customer service. Great service and great products. I still wear some of the items from six years ago.

I have purchased through this company before, and once again recently. It’s so great to see how far they have come. My recent experience was awesome. I had purchased some shirts at 50% off. They arrived quickly, but sadly there was a hole in my one shirt. I reached out to customer support, and within a few days someone got back to me and let me know that they are sending out a replacement for me free of charge, and also told me to keep the original for whatever I may like. I cannot recommend this company more. They have tons of great T’s at an even greater price, and always have lots of sales as well. Thank you so much for being a fantastic company!

Excellent service since the first time my order was sent, I’m from Mexico and in the process I think that my package was lost because the time, but the service team always answer my questions and also they offered me a refund, so I wait a little more, and it wasn’t necessary because my package were found and delivered, I recommend them a lot

Tee Turtle were very professional, kind, and kept in touch when my address was incorrect (my fault, not theirs). The post person contacted me via phone and all was well. My t-shirts arrived and they are fantastic.

I love Teeturtle! Their designs are so cute, and the shirts are soft and comfortable, and shipping time was very reasonable. Have ordered twice and haven't had any problems at all either time.

I remember reading reviews of teeturtle that were very negative and scammy but I'm happy to say my experience was very positive. Their customer support team were quick to reply and sort out any issues. Products arrived ~3 weeks (located in Australia) and they're very cute. Would buy again.

My most recent purchase consisted of a bulk order of t-shirts for a group of my friends. I accidentally got one of the sizes wrong in my order so I contacted customer service asking if they could help me make the switch to the right size, and I received a reply within about a day. Since my order was fulfilled very quickly, they couldn't change the already processed shirt, so I was granted an extra shirt of the correct size at no extra cost! Many thanks to the very considerate and generous service rep who helped me out with my little order mishap!

I ordered couple of T-shirts from USA and in 12 days they were in Slovenia. Packaging and labeling was good, but what really stands out is the customer support and quality of the t-shirts.

I've shopped with TeeTurtle for years and have never had any issues with their products, shipping, or customer service... until recently (though it was totally my fault). I placed a pre-order for one of their games months and months ago. Between then and now we moved and I updated our address with my account but did not realize that it doesn't transfer to past orders. I was so bummed to see that my order had been shipped and delivered to my old address. I contacted TeeTurtle to see if there was anything I could do. Kurt with TeeTurtle responded to me within the half-hour and explained that the shipping address would not have changed but that they would send me a whole new order to our new address at no cost to me. WOW! My mess up and they still quickly helped me out. Thank you TeeTurtle! I so appreciate your awesome customer service!

On a side note, our family has ordered shirts through them for years and they are still holding up strong and the prints look great after tons of washes and use. Fantastic company all around that we continually recommend to friends and family!

I Love my reversible stuffed animals and quality is great i not have the first one in peace for the dog so now number two is on the way so they are not only popular with people❤️❤️

I've ordered 15 plushies from here and 3 t-shirts and all have come on time, always high quality too, and I continue to order as things catch my eye. I've never had any problems with this website or any products from it.
