Love this site, I cant tell you how much my daugher and I love the products.

Poor labeling of product descriptions then are dismissive in their responses to customers.

Proper labeling on product descriptions would help avoid these problems.

There was an issue where when I was sending a gift to a friend, it kept putting his address as the billing address and ot my address. This failed the credit card checking process. I have to thank all the TeeTurtle people that helped resolve this. Tara did the starting art and Shelby got everything going and even said she would ask the IT why this could happen. I love your site, tell everyone I know about it and my usual complaint is that the contact is e-mail only, but the team got me the sale price when resolving my problem (at that point the sale expired)

The shirts are adorable and well printed. My orders have always come quickly and accurately. Absolutely love teeturtle!

Tee Turtle has an amazing product and the customer service is absolutely amazing. I completed an order and forgot to add in the plushies after I ordered the tees I wanted. I emailed customer service and told them that I wanted to add to my order to save on boxes and shipping. Kurt replied within a couple hours and said that the order had already been processed, WOW so quick. He told me to order the additional items and they would take care of the shipping. Fantastic! Great customer service is very hard to come by and Tee Turtle has it.

This is a excellent company. I recamond this company to people that like these type of plushies from teeturtle. They ship their products fast and in perfect condition. With all types of plushies to chose from and there magnetic hand and reversible plushies are really cute and great.

I recently bought a few things in the shop and as the site requested, I also paid the EU VAT to make it easier to get the packages. But this same VAT was also requested by the Hungarian authorities when my package had arrived. They are completely dilettante! I had no choice, I had to pay. Unfortunately, the post office is terribly slow here and cumbersome, so I turned to the turtles. They responded almost immediately! I described what had just happened, and they refund the full VAT cost that day. This is what I call awesome customer support! Turtle power!

Purchasing product from the other side of the world (NZ -> USA) is often risky now days. You are unsure of the quality, sizing or service will receive.

I have to say, TeeTurtle have hit 'excellent' in quality, sizing and service for a recent purchase. I took a risk and did a big purchase due to known COVID19 postal delays etc, no second chances. My parcel got 'stuck' due to those COVID shipping issues, no fault of Teeturtle. Kurt@TeeTurtle however, kept me updated almost daily on his chasing efforts and parcel arrived containing as described products too.

Huge thanks to Kurt and teeturtle team. Would definitely shop with you again! Highly recommend.

I've placed my first order this August past, and waited. The delivery process is very transparent, and even though Covid, the people at TeeTurtle did their best to have it sent as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, I live in a country with VERY bad mail service, so my package was delayed. Customer service kept constant connection through Emails, and when it was apparent that the package was lost - promptly offered several options, of which I chose a re-send, and this time I got it!

Very supportive, good experience.
Their website is also very easy to navigate - and they sell the cutest things :)

My family and I have loved TeeTurtle products for a while. The tees are soft and really comfortable to wear. Not to mention that the graphics are awesome and always something for the whole family!
We went to Comi-Con this year and saw a booth. I just had to get some tees!! The guy working there was great! Very friendly and very much on top of his game since there were a number of people waiting. He probably could have used a 2nd person to help with the crowd. Some of the tees we wanted were not available in our size at the booth but would be ordered and shipped to us in a few weeks for free!! The tees arrived on time but unfortunately had some slices/cuts on the tees that went all the way through. I emailed customer service and Kurt replied that same day! He apologized for the damages and sent replacement tees before asking for pics of the damages. Which I sent and thanked him for his amazing customer service.
I very much appreciate this company. Their amazing customer support and their attitude is top notch! I will buy their products in the very near future and refer them to everyone!

I just loved the Mercat that I ordered. It's very cute, and well made. It really shows that they care about people, either employees or customers. It's a great company to work on as it shows on every e-mail I exchanged with the team.

Je commande depuis longtemps sur ce site, je n'ai eu qu'une seule fois un problème de colis perdu. Le SAV avait été très réactif et m'avait renvoyé mon colis en me remboursant les frais de port.
Sur ma dernière commande, j'ai reçu mes tee-shirts une semaine en avance :)
En plus les designs des tee-shirts sont vraiment sympas !

We ordered four shirts, the print quality was actually very poor, they all showed the shirt colour through the prints quite a lot, before washing or wearing. The prints cracked if stretched even a bit. One shirt had a massive three finger sized hole on the seam which will be hard to fix. Overall not the quality I would expect.

I absolutely love TeeTurtle! Their shirt designs are adorable and witty, and new designs get released weekly in addition to weekly sales! I've bought a lot for both myself and my fiance.

So far I've only had one minor scare in terms of sending back shirts I needed to have exchanged (wrong size; it was my very first order and I didn't look at the full sizing guide). I live outside the US so I paid to have the package sent back and had been tracking it, and for about 2-3 weeks the tracking information didn't change from the package being "forwarded" to another location. I finally contacted customer service and Shelby was amazing -- she confirmed my return was received and got it going right away. She was so friendly and helpful the whole way, and even followed up to confirm my exchange was shipped out. Exemplary customer service.

Two suggestions I'd like to make to make TeeTurtle even better: allow international customers to shop in other currencies (ie. CAD), and release the designs on other types of clothing like hoodies, sweaters, leggings, sweatpants, etc!

I ordered a few things and the package got lost in a fed ex location in my state. I contacted support and they offered to resend the items or refund my money. I asked them to resend and then I got it rather swiftly. The person with support was very nice and understanding. He helped me and just resent the order rather than have me deal with Fed ex. Amazing.

Love their games. Started with Unstable Unicorns and bought almost every game they have. My favourite, Here to Slay.. balanced, fun and perfect amount of game duration.

Had a small issue with a special card as it was damaged, but they sent me another one without any complications.

Everything is great. The designs are awesome, the shipping is quick, the prices are reasonable and when an item was delivered damaged one time they solved the problem very kind and quick. Keep up the great work.

Years of wonderful experience with the shop, dozens of T-shirts and pins purchased for my kids (and myself :-)) and we were never disappointed. Great selection, fun designs, fast delivery, friendly and helpful communication anytime something had to be discussed. The shipping has been even faster lately (probably due to overcoming the COVID difficulties) and including the VAT in the calculation is a very good idea saving us customers a ton of time and allowing us to avoid the demanding communication with customs on our end. I very much recommend the store and wish them all the best.
