Tee Turtle's customer service is amazing. They have managed to provide me with quick turnarounds and even went the extra mile to locate a "neigh" button for my classroom after the cleaning staff accidentally broke mine. My students love it as it took the fear of wrong answers away. If someone messes up a math problem, to hear "You lose! Good neigh sir!" or "That's a swing and a miss" makes them laugh and they no longer feel embarrassed if they aren't perfect every time.

During indoor recess, they love playing Unstable Unicorns, which is teaching some of my spectrumy students how to work and play with others.

Keep making great quality products and keep up the good work. Thank you ever so much from the bottom of this 5th grade teacher's heart!!!

I love this company. They have great quality clothing, cute designs, and a great fit. They recently started to donate some of the proceeds to a charity of your choice.

It was very good, I live in another country and my order although took a month or two was as quick as you would expect due to covid and the shipping industry being fairly slow. The products are good quality and the website is very easy to use. No complaints at all, awesome website to buy from 👍

I just want to mark how amazing is the customer service and how they care for people!
My wife bought a gift for me from their website and she was afraid it went lost or got stuck somewhere (according to the tracking number)
She wrote to TeeTurtle and they sent immediately a second item that arrived in a short time.
After 1 month arrive also the second one and my wife wrote to them in order to pay for the additional item, since we got two of them.
They replied that it is a gift from them to ask sorry for the delay and they don't want money!
All emails from them were always very very warm and kind and they didn't allow even us to pay for the additional item, even if we received two of them in the end!
I really appreciate their style and I wish that all companies are like them!

This store is wonderful, their customer service is spectacular and very professional.
As for the products, these are of fantastic and with a very good quality and durable, so if you want adorable plush dolls and t-shirts with great designs, this is the right place, not to mention that the customer service is one of the best you can find in all the world.
So if you can buy something in teeturtle do it! you will not regret it

I once received my first Teeturtle shirt as a gift from a good friend of mine. I've been hooked every since. I have bought shirts and plushies on their website and also at the NYComic Con. I've never been disappointed at the price, quality and shipping speed.
Just recently, I did something I never had to do before, I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, I had my Teeturtle package stolen from my front porch; right in front of 2 cameras! I saved the footage and filed a police report. I took a chance and e-mailed Teeturtle in hopes to be able to replace the stolen teeshirts, two of which were a birthday present for my daughter. Tyler answered me back in less than 24 hours and quickly said "I'm happy to send a replacement". I gave him a safer address to send and the shirts were sent within 3 days. I was willing to send the proof of the theft, but he didn't even need it. Tyler was so kind, understanding and efficient. Teeturtle didn't have to replace the shirts for nothing, but they did, no questions asked. I am absolutely delighted to write this review and I will of course continue to do business with them.

Ordered a bunch of cards. My local post-service messed up the taxes (it was already included in the order total when I paid online) and because of them I had to double pay it. Asked the customer service for help, they replied in about an hour on a Sunday (!!) morning (how awesome is that) providing actual useful documents and such. Fast forward one day my post-service doesn't accept my appeal (usual incompetence on their side) so the teeturtle customer service refunded me the whole tax and shipping I paid for them within minutes. Very fast response time and generous, useful help from them. Would recommend for anyone!

I bought a t-shirt, which got lost in transit on the way to me. And after a while of no updates from the shipping company I contacted teeturtle. They were really fast and easy to deal with. They gave me options if I wanted a refund or a different t-shirt as mine had unfortunately sold out. They also added a plushy to apologize for the delay. It's the best customer service I've ever experienced. I'd buy from them again and would highly recommend.

I recently placed an order for 3 items (a wish list from my son for his birthday). When I received the package, one of the item's packaging had split open, causing a few of the pieces to break. The box had been packed with bubble wrap. I normally wouldn't have minded,but I didn't want to give my son broken pieces. I reached out to Tee Turtle. The response was very quick and better than I expected!! I received a new product (fully intact), ready in time to give my son! Thank you, thank you! I will be ordering again in the near future. Tee Turtle is a top-notch company and I wish them a successful future. From a new #1 fan!!

Great products (I've only purchased t-shirts) that last for YEARS, and awesome customer service.

Nachdem mein erstes Paket von Teeturtle nicht ankam (beziehungsweise laut Sendungsverfolgung zu mir zugestellt wurde, keine Ahnung was der Paketbote damit gemacht hat), und DHL mir nach etlichen Anrufen mit gegensätzlichen Aussagen zum Status des Pakets nach über einem Monat nicht helfen konnte, hat TeeTurtle mir direkt angeboten, den gleichen Inhalt kostenlos nochmal zu schicken.
Ich sehe hier andere Bewertungen mit einem ähnlichen Problem, ich kann TeeTurtle hier aber nur loben für ihre Kulanz und Mühe. Die können ja nichts dafür dass Versandunternehmen in Deutschland schlecht operieren und einzelne Paketboten Pakete unterschlagen oder wegschmeißen.
Ebenfalls positiv: TeeTurtle klebt, anders als die meisten US amerikanischen Verkäufer meiner Erfahrung nach, tatsächlich die erforderlichen Unterlagen außen auf das Paket, sodass man nicht zum Zoll laufen muss. Hier kann Zoll tatsächlich über DHL abgewickelt werden und das Paket kommt zur Haustür.

Produkte sind sowieso super süß und gute Qualität.

I have great pleasure in recommending this company for their fantastic customer service. I had an order go astray in the UK caused by the local Hermes courier delivering my parcel to the wrong address, I asked them to retrieve it and return it to me but they refused, so TeeTurtle stepped in and have shipped a replacement article which was for my Grandson for Xmas. Shelby at TeeTurtle was brilliant and sympathetic to my plight and set about putting things right. What a fantastic company.

Love this company. I’ve made several orders and the most recent one really impressed me. I ordered a few of their t-shirts and immediately noticed an increase in quality. I’ve always been happy with the quality but the most recent order was softer and a bit thinner than my older shirts. So happy, as always I love the designs and the price!!

Tee Turtle has excellent customer service and products! I had problems with package delivery, and Tee turtle promptly sent a replacement package with expedited shipping to another location at no cost to me. Because they chose to expedite the shipping, I received the package before Christmas. Their customer service team answered my request during their extended business hours and efficiently solved my issues. I definitely recommend the company and will be purchasing more products in the future!

This is honestly one of the best companies I have been going business with! Their T shirts are fantastic and the prints on them hold up really well. Their games are extremely creative, easy to learn and highly addictive and great for a nice evening of playing for hours at a time! But I can’t say enough about the customer service. In a time where with just about anywhere else you get generic replies from who know where offering no real information, the one time I needed to see about a possible issue, I got a reply in an hour with actual help and honest investigation done to know exactly what was happening, it was very refreshing to get such amazing support. If you like T shirts to match any mood or like, fun games and a lot of just fun products this is your site and now owning all their games and a ever growing t shirt collection that is now over 30 I gladly stand behind and recommend them!

I ordered a Lightning Dragon shirt, size large, for my friend for Christmas. When my friend received it, she told me it was only a size small. I wrote to TeeTurtle customer service about an exchange, and I was answered by Shelby, who told me she was going to immediately reorder it and ship it, and even include an enamel pin for my friend as an apology. She even told me that my friend could keep the other small size shirt and give it to a friend or family member. I was very pleased with how things turned out and even sent her a thank-you email on the matter.

Recently ordered one of teeturtle's well know reversible plushies to surprise my partner when I saw them next, because of this things were a little time-sensitive. Due to a shipping provider handoff there was a brief, but what I now know should be expected, pause in the progress of the shipping.

Worried about it not coming on time, I reached out to teeturtle's support and had my ticket answered by Shelby from their support team! Shelby did a fantastic job of clearing up why the delay was to be expected and that the package should arrive on the previously predicted day. Going a step above though, Shelby offered to help me figure out a second action plan through their Amazon store in case the package was actually experiencing a delay, which I really appreciated as it greatly reduced my stress about the situation.

Thankfully the shipping updated later that day as expected and my plush should arrive with time to spare! I am greatly looking forward to receiving it and I would be happy to purchase from Teeturtle or communicate with their lovely service team again!
