Customer service is the absolute best I've ever dealt with. Direct texting with the kindest human being, answered my questions, resolved my shipping & tracking issues, and even gave me complementary items after correcting a mistake. I wish I could tip the agent who helped me, but this will have to do.

After waiting many years for my son to reach an appropriate age to bring to Pax West, this year it was finally time. It was an amazing experience- and my son, who is 14, stumbled across the TeeTurtle booth, and promptly fell in love. All day he talked about the t-shirts and games, and when it came time to make his final decisions/purchases he wanted everything Teeturtle.

When one of the expansions for his favorite new games (Here to Slay) was sold out, the kind representative there at the booth helped us order it to our home- with free shipping, too! My son was super excited to be receiving a package from his favorite new people.

However, when the day came, he raced down to get his package and... it was torn open, the contents gone. I was shocked and he was devastated.

I didn't know what to do so I sent a message to customer service about the entire fiasco...

And that is when the magnificent Shelby (Turtle) appeared.

From the very beginning Shelby was empathetic, kind, warm, compassionate and understanding. Shelby didn't just treat me like a number or a problem to be solved, which is so rare for me to experience these days- and after having the week from Heck (PAX induced COVID, pipes bursting, mail stolen) they were a breath of fresh air. Shelby not only communicated with me in a warm, genuine fashion, but offered to send out a replacement for the lost expansion. When they realized how rough things had been for us and that my son's little package was something we had been really looking forward to as something to break up all the dark clouds, Shelby even threw in some little extras with the expansion to bring back that ray of sunshine.

I don't know about others, but for me, being as down as I was and having someone like Shelby share such kindness and compassion, I know this is not an experience I'll ever forget.

Teeturtle, thanks to Shelby The Great, you have our loyalty for life.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I contacted Teeturtle with a query and Shelby was my customer service rep. She has been amazing in all her communications. We have had frequent updates without having to chase and the resolution offered exceeded my expectations. My son is very happy and agrees Shelby is awesome. Best customer experience I have had. The products are always high quality and delivery is quick to the UK.

I've placed several orders with TeeTurtle in the past and I've never had a problem with them and have always been impressed with the items I've received 😊

This time, sadly, my order got lost in transit so I reached out to their customer service team after there had been no updates on my tracking for over 20 days. I received an almost immediate response from 'Kurt Turtle' and they arranged for a replacement order to be sent out straight away with no fuss at all ☺️ I'm very impressed with their customer service and they really do look after their customers - thank you so much! 😀

After receiving a damaged product from an external company I had to contact TeeTurtle directly. They took my details and replaced the product immediately with no cost to myself, all over facebook messenger. Their customer service team were great and friendly. I love both their products and their customer service.

All 4 of us in our family have a bazillion t-shirts, but our favorites are from TeeTurtle. Their shirts are ridiculously soft & immediately feel like your favorite shirt. The designs are amazing ~ quirky, punny, clever, heart-melting, adorable, hilarious. They last forever. Our younger son was a college sophomore when TeeTurtle was founded & bought their shirts from the beginning. Ten years later & back home to get a Masters, he’s never thrown one out, and he wears them hard (super active). A few days ago, I tried to talk him out of weed-eating wearing a black TeeTurtle shirt, but it’s like living in your PJs. Caution! Do NOT try to take away someone’s TeeTurtle shirt!

Their customer service is like talking to your best friend. They reply immediately, deal with the issue, are super friendly, and are everything you want someone representing a company to be. They sell designs from Star Wars, Mandalorian, Marvel, Disney, Pixar, and shirts about gaming, fantasy, and animals in every possible mood. I give TeeTurtle the highest possible rating!

Our younger son gifts them to us for Christmas. He has 16 TeeTurtle shirts himself (6 Pokemon, 2 Game of Thrones, 2 Star Wars, 2 birds, 1 Princess Mononoke, 1 Mandalorian, 1 Animal, 1 Codominant Panda—he’s a biologist), he’s given 6 to his dad (3 SW, 2 Mandalorian, 1 Muppet), 5 to me (1 Pokemon, 3 SW, 1 PRIDE/Pink Floyd/Kitsune), and many to his brother & sister-in-law. This is a guy who HATES to spend money. Our older son married 9 years ago & left two HUGE drawers full of t-shirts in his childhood room ~ not one of them is a TeeTurtle shirt because he took them all with him! Try one. I bet it'll be your go-to comfort shirt. Pretty much every time I wear one to do errands, someone I don’t know compliments it or asks me where I got it. It’s crazy.

I don’t have any connection to the company except for loving their t-shirts! I wish I could attach photos of me & my husband wearing our Leia “I love you” and Han “I know” t-shirts for our 40th Wedding Anniversary photo, all our shirts on one table, and me wearing my new PRIDE/Pink Floyd/Kitsune shirt!

Absolutely disgusted. Was sent a confirmation email to say my order had shipped, but when it hadn’t arrived a month later, and I enquired as to what was happening, I was given the runaround. Tee turtle blamed the carrier. The carrier blamed Tee turtle, and I still haven’t received my order. I won’t be back.

It has been about three years since I bought my tshirts from here. The prints and colors are as crisp as the day, I bought them! Even though they're my favorites and get worn all the time. <3

They're expensive, but not when I compare them to other brands, where the prints starts to disintegrate after a few washes.

Products are awesome . Also had ab an issue with my order and Kurt from Tee Turtle went above and beyond. Keep doing what you are doing providing terrific products and service. Geek power every hour.

I've been a fan of theirs ever since their first kickstarter for Unstable Unicorns (which I found out by chance). I fell in love with the artwork right away and found the gameplay interesting, so I decided to back my first kickstart ever. I have no regrets, Unstable Unicorns is one of my most played games for years. Ever since then I've been a backer on all of their kickstarters day 1 and a fan of their work, from games to t-shirts, pins and plushies (which I own a few).

Very communicative, helpful, and kind this company has my support 100%! With surprises for previous customers, and a welcoming atmosphere for all, I enjoy supporting this company as well as play their games.

Shelby Turtle, who is very friendly and fun, helped me exchange t-shirt designs when a size up wasn't available! And Kurt Turtle, who lives up to his Sparkling Customer Experience Specialist title, made my anxiety vanish when he went ahead and placed a new order for my cherished t-shirt replacements before my returns reached them!!! It was such a relief to not have to worry about them selling out and it made my day!! When one of the replacement shirts had a flawed sleeve, Kurt sent another replacement with no problem! They were always cheerful and never made me feel bad about anything! Grateful for the best customer service I've ever received!!! And the products are comfy and vibrant!!

I had someone under the alias of Shelby Turtle assist me with some issues when my backerkit for Casting Shadows was apparently getting lost in the void.

First reply, bang on the money identifying the issues core was because I was using Apple ID as my sign in which was set to “hide my e-mail”. Several exchanges later, everything is under control and I can start letting my hair grow back from where Apple ID and it’s convoluted way of fixing “hide my e-mail” has caused me to pull it out…

Shelby was polite, friendly and efficient. Her personality shines through and at no point did I feel when sending off any replies like she was feeling like “Oh god…here’s another one….”. She makes me want to create my own Kickstarter project so I can poach her into my team because if anything went wrong I could confidently look her in the eye and say; “Shelby. Do the thing.”

I have had the most amazing customer service from tee turtle. Im not sure if the reps name really is Shelby but this rep was understanding polite and resolved my issue. Made the process simple and easy. My rating for Shelby personally deserves more than 5 stars.

I known the company thanks to the board game "Here to Slay". Then I ordered from them 2 iron printed t shirts with their games' characters and they are awesome! High quality cotton, the printed images are perfect and size are as described. International ship to Italy was very fast: only 2 weeks. Definitely a reccomended company. Payments super secure via PayPal.

The whole experience was amazing! The quality of the tshirts was awesome, there was good tracking the entire time, and the people were always there to help answer any questions.

I ordered a set of 2XL tees for my niece for Christmas. One of them was marked correctly on the shirt, but had the wrong tag on the front so it wasn't the correct size. Customer service quickly shipped me a replacement and it made it in time for gift giving! The artwork is beautiful and the tees were a huge hit! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was about to give up on TeeTurtle, but customer service saved the day! I had ordered a t-shirt for a friend's birthday and it was supposed to have arrived weeks in advance. Then I noticed it still hadn't arrived the week of the birthday and it looked like it had either gotten lost or possibly never even shipped. I was very disappointed. I quickly reached out to customer service and they responded within a day. They helped get the shirt sent immediately after and even helped expedite the process. Thanks to their quick responses and working hard the shirt was able to arrive in time for my friend's birthday after all! I really appreciated customer service checking-in and providing updates to make sure the shirt arrived in time. Thanks to them I'll be a returning customer.

The customer service is excellent. I had some problems with my local Post Service (they charged me the VAT again), so I contacted customer service. They were very kind and incredibly helpful, sent me the missing information and documents, so it was easy to resolve the problems. They really cared about me as a customer, it was probably my best experience with any kind of customer service.
