Communication was slow but they gave good customer service when they dealt with it

I never normally take the time to write a review but on this occasion I felt I must. I was wanting to replace our sunlounger covers x 8 which I wasn’t sure was possible. I sent an enquiry and got a very prompt response from Thea who then proceeded to follow through the order very politely and efficiently. She was very informative and proactive. In a time where most responses are auto generated, it was a delight to be able to deal with a human…and a very lovely and efficient one too! I have now received my order and delighted with them. Thank you Thea and Tectake for making the whole process so easy. Can’t recommend enough!

We bought a contemporary bistro set. Great design, but the small amount of self assembly you have to do would be impossible for most people due to the appalling quality of manufacture. Threads were bad (they wouldn’t take the screws) and holes were way out of alignment. We chose to keep it as I am a mechanical engineer and have the tools and skills to sort it. It took two hours and we’re pleased with the finished product but it really should have been returned for a refund. Tectake aren’t doing the German reputation for engineering any favours at all with this sort of quality.

Everything was first class, unfortunately we had to return the gazebo I ordered as unbeknownst to me had bought one on the same day from a work colleague. I sent an email to Tektake trying to stop the order and was helped by Thea, who was fantastic in replying and advising me on the best solution to return the item, I cannot praise the customer service enough, and would not hesitate to recommend this company, and if in the future we need anything from their range I will certainly be happy to purchase from them. False advertising!! ordered a 93cm wide cannopy but they delivered a 43cm one. tried to contact via B&Q and got no where . avoid them!

It was easy to order from the website I preferred or directly from the company as I noticed that some other retailers were reselling their items. I got a set of dining chairs and I absolutely love them. They’re very beautiful and they were easy to assemble and they seem sturdy and robust. I would order from this company again. The delivery was all straightforward and everything was well packaged with no issues at all- seamless . A genuinely good experience shopping with this company.
