Ordered garden set via THE RANGE not suitable as too low seating. Agreed £5 returns fee Then...........? Nothing! 9 emails to the range useless chat bot and 10 working days....not the 72 hours promised and NO contact from Tectake and NOcollection = NO REFUND! We're retired and cannot afford to buy yet another set without refund from this one. I'm disgusted with the fob off auto non existent customer service used and so angry with the whole set up. Never using the Range again and never buying tectake either.

3m door canopy
The Door canopy came safely packaged and arrived in good condition. The instructions were ok to follow and the canopy has been installed and will provide shelter from the rain.
The curved design is nice.
Price is economical.
The website was easy to use and email confirmation of the order came quickly.

Good value
Ordered a rattan furniture set...it arrived within 3 days...it's now assembled, but did take a total of approximately 8 hours. Little bit daunting when you first open the boxes, but does look really nice now it's up in the solarium 😎😊..
