The camera footage is excellent

The camera footage is excellent. The only let down is the bike attachments. My old light used velcro to secure to the seat post. This allows quick removal to different bikes. I have 4! They need a better system for people with several bikes.

Poor web experience and some things not clear.

Website difficult to use and has a login section but no link to create an account and pages kept jumping around when viewing certain pages very irritating and very vague in some things like saying GoPro style but not saying if they are compatible or not just same style.

Difficult to rig properly

The helmet camera arrives with very little help to assemble and rig it. The mounts, fixings and screws are difficult to work with and lots of time is wasted getting it rigged correctly. The website videos are not good enough.

DC-2 Pro camera for motorcycle

I recently purchased the DC-2 Pro.
I fitted it to the right hand side of my motorcycle helmet, as I figured this would create less wind noise than in the top.
It fitted very easily with the curved 3M adhesive mount.
Camera alignment for front and rear camera is superb, and quality and stability of the footage from both cameras is amazing. I’m quite blown away by the quality.
Sound quality is great too.
The 4 hour battery life is great.
I can’t fault this camera and am delighted with my purchase.
I bought a simple bracket online which will allow it to bolt to my paddleboad too, so we’ll see how that goes!

Lovely customer care

Customer services team represented by David were extremely helpful and timely in helping sort out a problem with my dual camera. Although the camera was out of the warranty period it was replaced. Thank you. Fantastic customer care and highly recommended.

Timely delivery and careful packaging.

Timely delivery and careful packaging.
I wish there were a paper userguide rather than having to go online for the whole manual.
It took me ages to figure out how thigns worked and find the video tutorials, some of which seem to skip important steps as though we wll know how everything works already.
The camera is heavier than I thought on my hat and doesn't quite show the horse's ears as I ride despite four rides trying to adjust again and again. I've had a sore neck from the weight to the side too, and my hat tips a bit... Still trying to figure out how to make this comfortable!
I got four rides out of one battery charge, thank goodness because it takes ages to charge fully, I thought something was wrong the first time I charged it.
Easy to transfer the videos to the laptop to edit together.

The app is touch and go for me - you always have to manually ask it to connect to the camera even once it's set up, which I find a bit annoying, but I'm nitpicking.

Overall very good, only wish I'd known the weight factor was actually quite significant when your riding hat is very light, which mine is.

Awful customer service AVOID. Buy Chilli camera

1st camera arrived broken. After many emails we were eventually offered a discount on another camera which we felt we had little choice but to accept. 2nd camera was just 8 months old when the charging port stopped working Techalogic wasn't interested in helping. Now 12 months after purchase it won't charge, won't connect to the laptop to look at or download videos and is basically useless. Techalogic customer service is worse than useless, I'd go so far as to say they are rude and obstructive. They put maximising short term profit over customer care and providing quality products. I have a Chilli camera now, better quality, cheaper, longer lasting battery and better customer service!
