Very prompt service. 1 small issue with a broken fitting that was immediately resolved and a replacement sent out.
Recording is very good and clear.
How much more cautious cars and lorries are passing on narrow roads is very noticeable when they see the camera.

Really good product
Really good product, I'm very pleased with it. The website could be more informative though, both about the camera and the accessories. As I was new to helmet cams I didn't know what else I might need, so didn't take advantage of the cheaper rate for accessories purchased at the same time as the camera. Email support was prompt and helpful. The little videos are helpful for set up and using, but I'd have liked a written explanation/manual.

Useless
I brought the camera in May for a motorbike rally ride, that was the last time it worked correctly. I contacted the tech department and was told I wasn’t using the correct SD card so ordered one from them, it failed on a tour of Germany it recorded for a while and shut off again. Despite charging it, it will not stay on. I contacted tech again, and they told me to update it via a file they sent me to the SD card, followed that and still can’t get it to stay on. Contacted them to ask what next and still not heard anything, I’ve contacted them again today and nothing! Then this Trustpilot came up, I’m not happy. I really thought this was going to be a good camera, it’s useless and now I’ve spent a lot of money on something I can’t use. Definitely don’t buy one for a motorbike there are much better cameras available.

Camera works well mounted on my motorcycle helmet, easy to set up and use, its only supplied with one curved mounting bracket, I could have done with a spare as I have 2 helmets, also the carrying bag supplied is too small once the camera and other bits are fitted together.

Techalogic dc-2 pro
Very good product with mounts for any use.
Found it very easy to set up and really good quality recordings.
Battery lasts 2 hours.
Only slight minus is the wind noise which I have reduced quite a bit by glueing some foam around the hole otherwise an excellent purchase with good delivery A+

I bought a DC-1 Dual lens equestrian helmet camera a few months ago, the product is excellent and does everything we expected of it however, in this review, I wanted to mention some excellent customer service from technologic. (I understand they are rebranding themselves as RideSense) I had occasion to contact them and firstly was really pleased to find it is a Uk company and secondly their quick and professional response was outstanding and so refreshing. Quite often only find out how good a Company is when there’s an issue and these guys really delivered.

i've used it for a few weeks, and the picture quality os great. AND I HAVE HAD TO SUBMIT a bad driver using the footage already!

Delighted with the camera so far, video quality is excellent and the number of accessories is amazing! The camera is light, I can hardly feel it on my cycle helmet when riding.
