I purchased a simple bible reference book in February of 24 and have been charged a monthly fee in March and April an haven't even received any products for the charges. I will stop payment with my bank and then take it from there. Judging from other review it looks like trying to get a refund is futile. If this is some kind of membership, it is odd that their website has not member portal or place to sign in. Such a scam!

I took the time to look up this company and found only negative reviews. Sadly another way to defraud good people in the name of Christianity. This, in a time of many false prophets and the very elect are being deceived. By any chance is this company based in China?

As others have reported, this company will start charging you a monthly fee without ever informing you that you have subscribed to their product. When you attempt to request a refund, they do not respond to emails or messages. This is definitely a scam!

Be very aware about this website. It gets you with $7 for that and $5 for the other thing and later on, you found out - and they never send you a notice or an e-mail about it - you are charged a monthly fee of $19.99.
I placed an order in 2020 and I never check my credit card. After two years I found out that I was charged every month $19.99 for their subscription. I checked all my e-mails, including spam emails and never a notice about this subscription.
Very deceptive practice for someone that considers herself a christian.

There was a recurring subscription that I had to go to their Contact Us page and then I clicked on the green button "Click Here for 24/7 Help with Existing Orders" to cancel the recurring charges.

The online chat with ClickBank was very easy and pretty easy.

I would encourage anyone with the same issue to follow the steps above.

I too, am kicking myself in the rear end for not checking reviews. I’m out money for stuff I didn’t want and I don’t even know what it is.
Today and tomorrow are holidays so I can’t get anyone on the phone till Tuesday and I need that money back NOW

Discovered a recurring charge I did not authorize. There's a special place in Hell for people who use the Lord's name to scam others

I am here to report teach sunday school of the bible resources for the hidden subscription when buying the bible bookmarks I lost 150 dollars.

After reading the multiple negative reviews, I contacted the company to express my reservations about ordering their product as many people were dis-satisfied. They responded very quickly and addressed my concerns so that I could see they were a valid company. I have since ordered two of their products and have been very pleased with them. Their only negative in terms of marketing is that they try to cross-market far too many products which makes a buyer feel intimidated. They should try doing that after a purchase versus while someone is trying to buy a product.

I feel so badly that I have told so many people about this sight at Church. Now the secret subscriptions and the inability to cancel or call someone is so frustrating. If the information is real this would be great material from a Christian Education perspective in our Churches. I wished I had read the reviews also. This is awful!

This is a scam! Like other people who are reporting here I made one purchase and suddenly I find myself in a subscription. Trying to find a way to contact them is an absolute nightmare. I think I have it successfully cancelled. We'll see. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I wish I had read reviews first! The study guides themselves are fine, but buying the "bonus" bookmarks signed me up for a recurring charge (i have zero recollection of consenting to this) and looking back at the website, nowhere does it mention a recurring charge. When I asked what the charge was for, they never responded, just that they were happy to cancel.

They're "canceling" my "subscription," but not getting a refund, but stopping the current charge. I'm glad I noticed it within a month of this happening rather than a few months from now.

I was charged for a subscription I did not agree to or sign up for, this site is shady and deliberately misleading. I would not recommend this site.

Be very careful as the 'BONUS GIFT' has a recurring transaction attached to it. I do not recall seeing any information when I checked the box to receive a 'BONUS GIFT'. I have given them 2 stars as after a chat with CLKBANK which was very quick they have agreed to refund the $19.99 and cancel the subscription. I will await and confirm if this refund is forthcoming.

I have been paying 21.95 per month for several months now with nothing received, and I didnt sign up for this. How do you get them to stop and refund? This is ridiculous. I asked them if I could print anything with this subscription after realizing they were not going to remove or refund the last several months...NO RESPONSE. I asked them what we get with this subscription....NO RESPONSE....I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I guess we will all have to file a lawsuit...What a shame.

UPDATE: I went to Clickbank on Facebook and contacted them through messenger. After arguing with them for a while, they did refund 2 payments...I am still out over 60.00. They basically said they were sorry it happened but there was only so much they could do. I have sent other e-mails asking about the refund of the 60.00. Let's see where that goes.

I am kicking myself for not checking reviews because I fell for the same trick everyone else is complaining about. I made a one time purchase only to realize several months later (I had health issues that distracted me from closely monitoring my accounts) that they'd set up an automatic recurring monthly payment of $19.99 without my consent! I am very careful when I purchase anything to check every little box and read all the fine print. There was NOTHING in the checkout process that asked for my consent to automatic payments nor anything that even mentioned automatic payments or ongoing charges of any kind. And I never sign up for "free trial" crap because I don't want to forget to cancel and be charged. If I had seen any hint of recurring charges or "subscription" anywhere in the checkout process, I would have backed out and not completed my purchase. This company is flat out stealing customers' information and fraudulently setting up automatic payments. Shame on them! I have filed a complaint with PayPal and reached out to the company and am awaiting a response. Buyer beware!!!
