Teach Sunday School exists to help individuals, families, and churches grow in biblical understanding through thoughtfully designed faith-based learning resources. We create Bible studies, Scripture cards, journals, and educational tools that are meant to be practical, approachable, and easy to use in everyday life. We are a small, independent business with a mission-driven focus. Every product we offer is created in-house with care, prayer, and a deep respect for Scripture. Our resources are used by parents, teachers, small groups, and individuals across the United States and beyond who are looking for meaningful ways to study and apply the Bible. Most of our orders are fulfilled digitally or shipped directly to customers, and while the majority of orders are completed smoothly, we recognize that issues can occasionally arise — including delivery delays, confusion about digital versus physical products, or unmet expectations. When that happens, we genuinely want to make things right. Feedback from customers helps us improve our communication, processes, and products, and we take it seriously. Customer support is handled by a small team, not an automated system, and we aim to respond as promptly and personally as possible. We are continually refining our product descriptions, fulfillment timelines, and post-purchase communication to ensure customers know exactly what to expect. We are grateful to those who choose to use our resources and to those who take the time to share their experience. Our goal is always to serve with integrity, clarity, and care.

I was updated on the status of my order and it arrived as scheduled. The prayer cards were perfect for my 11 year old grandson. He and his baseball teammates pray before each game. The prayer cards attach conveniently to his bat bag.

You have still not sent the number that I ordered and PAID for. I ordered 3 for boys and 2 for girls! I only received 2 for boys and 2 for girls! I need you to send another boys set. And I don’t really care about a free surprise gift, but you did say you were sending it and it did not come in the box either.

I have already sent a request for a follow up because the item was never delivered. I sent back all the information and the receipt that I got that it was delivered someplace in Cleveland to a post office. You were supposed to be checking up on it and let me know. As of yet all I get is advertisement and no results.

I bought these cards for my daughter as a gift, but also to help her, turn her mind toward more spiritual things when she is feeling a certain way. She loved them! I thought the design was well done, everything is very readable and has the perfect aesthetic for a teenage girl who want to carry them around. They cover everything you can put words to for your feelings, and my daughter immediately attach them to her bag. Great buy!

Hi there,
What a meaningful gift for your daughter! The fact that she immediately attached them to her bag makes us especially happy. ❤️
We designed them to be something teens would actually want to keep close while giving them a place to turn when different emotions come up.
Thank you for sharing how well they’ve worked for her!

Hi Nancy,
We love that your grandson can keep the prayer cards right in his soccer bag and backpack! Having those little reminders close by wherever he goes is exactly what we hope for.
We’re also glad everything arrived on time and that you enjoyed the packaging.

The fact that your daughter is actually using it is the best feedback we could ask for!
We’re so glad she likes it and hope it continues to be something she enjoys reaching for.

Not really for athletes outside or that move bags at all
The prayers are nice, ordering easy and delivered fine. The cards didn’t last 3 games attached to game bag. Holes tearing, sides and faces and jacked up. These aren’t meant for athletes who play outdoor sports unless they never take them out…due to the thin card paper, no lamination and no reinforcement around hole for ring. Cheap product carrying low overhead, to pull more profit using our Lord’s word.

Risposta di TeachSundaySchool.com
Hi Mark,
Thank you for taking the time to explain what happened. We’re glad you liked the prayers themselves and that ordering and delivery went smoothly, but we’re sorry the cards didn’t hold up the way you expected when attached to the game bag.
Your comments about durability, particularly for outdoor athletes, are valuable feedback for us and something we’ll take into consideration as we continue evaluating the product.
We appreciate you sharing both the positives and the areas where you feel we can do better.
