Great company for tax returns
have been using this company for years to do my tax return. Its easy to fill out all the sections. Their support team is amazing and always there to help. I can contact the accountant and he always responds quickly and answers all my questions. Highly recommend.

Excellent service
I have not been well, and really struggled with my self assessment - a couple of messages with Jon and its all sorted, which has definitely taken some of the stress from me at a difficult time.

I was told it would take 3 business…
I was told it would take 3 business days for them to upload my filings 12/06/2026. Still waiting a month later. They have totally ignored my messages and every day I’m getting a penalty charge from HMRC. Paul D’arcy was my supposed assigned accountant. So on top of fines and the payment up front to Taxfix UK, it appears I’m gonna have to pay a reputable accountant to do what these SCAMMERS have not.
Don’t waste your money or time with these crooks. I’ll be contacting Trading Standards soon.

Simple to set up, allocated a terrific accountant, Zubair, who understood the specific complexities and worked quickly to get the calculations done. The refund from HMRC that’s now due more than covers the cost!! No hesitation to recommend.

I've been using Taxfix for the past 4 years, specifically working with Lilian Skinner on my self assessment tax returns. She has been consistently very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Overall, a pleasure to work with and easy to recommend to others.
And that's why I keep coming back. No doubt I'll do so again at the end of this tax year.

Excellent and prompt service. My accountant was approachable and answered all of my queries in depth. I was very happy with the outcome and will definitely be using them again. I felt they were fairly priced and saved me a lot of headache.
