We are a rapidly expanding UK based firm of online accountants who service businesses and individuals across the UK. As an online firm, our costs are much lower than high street accountants who have additional costs such as receptionists and expensive high street offices. Our lower costs combined with an efficient paperless workflow means we can set unbeatably low prices. In fact, our prices are often found to be 75% - 90% less than our competition. You will be allocated your own experienced chartered accountant who will answer your accountancy and tax related questions and ensure all work is completed accurately before filing. Get timely answers to your queries for no extra cost. Our accountants monitor inboxes for urgent emails to which we reply immediately! We aim to reply to all non-urgent queries within 1 - 2 working days. Bookkeeping software such as FreeAgent, Xero and QuickBooks typically costs £300+ per year. Unlike other firms, we do not require you to buy or use any bookkeeping software. We know bookkeeping software is expensive, draining to learn and time consuming to use. At taxez, as part of our business package we offer to produce your accounts from your business bank transactions alone (which can be downloaded easily via online banking, then uploaded securely to our document portal). In fact this is our preferred method as it ensures your accounts are prepared accurately while saving you hours of bookkeeping and reducing your costs. Even if you are VAT registered (obligating you to follow the Making Tax Digital rules) if you prefer not to wrestle with bookkeeping software, we can file your VAT information to HMRC via our simple spreadsheet. Our experienced chartered accountants will claim all available allowances for you and provide advice on how to operate as tax efficiently as possible. We know what services you need as a small business owner and we know your concerns. That's because we specialise in satisfying the accountancy needs of small businesses and our team of accountants have a wealth of experience working with small businesses just like yours. An easy 5 stars...
We've been with Taxez for around 3 years now and I wish we'd found them sooner. Irtaza and Ali are incredibly responsive and attentive when required - not to mention clearly competent and capable accountants (something we have not always found to be the case with other firms in the past). Combined with very reasonable prices for their services, this is the easiest 5 star review I've ever written.

I’ve had a great experience working with Taxez. They are always quick to respond, efficient in making any changes, and very helpful—especially with urgent requests. Ayesha, the Payroll Manager, has been especially supportive and a pleasure to deal with. I’m very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely Brilliant.
I have been with Taxez for a few years now and they never disappoint. They keep me up to date with my accounts, whatever queries I have they are very quick to respond, they are very professional and always endeavour to "steer" me in the right direction. Their prices are very reasonable. I have no complaints.
I highly recommend any business to use these accountants, Sheryar and Jawad are exceptionally knowledgeable, very excellent in their profession and I highly recommend for any business small or big, you wont be disappointed.
They are Absolutely Brilliant.
