The person who did the delivery was …

The person who did the delivery was kind, efficient and in time, he kept me informed and sent a messages that he was going to arrive in 15 minutes, but he didn’t ring the bell to announce he was here, he went right away and I had to go out and stop his car to ask him to move the mattress inside a room in my house because that was what I paid for . It was a very heavy mattress and I have stairs.
I didn’t like that if it wasn’t for me that got out and stopped him, he would’ve gone and let the mattress outside my home with no possibility for me to move it alone and the probability of rain
He did it kindly but only after I told him

…did not receive what I paid for.

I requested a cargo van for my items because it was raining. And was charged for a cargo van. But 2 gentleman in a pickup truck showed up who did not speak English showed up. And did not have any type of tarp etc for my items.
The rain slowed a little so I let them load up. They did not have a dolly etc and had to load all of my boxes by hand. When we arrived to delivery site they attempted to back up on the sidewalk of my condo and click the garage that is public access. I finally got them to move. I took them upstairs to show them where to take the boxes knowing they would have several trips … bc they didn’t have a dolly … however I noticed it was taking them a while to get to my condo and realized they held the elevator and were loading all of the boxes in the elevator! Which had many residents waiting almost 20 min for the elevator. It was unacceptable.

I hired 2 movers to move a 300 lb…

I hired 2 movers to move a 300 lb cradenza. 1 showed up and forced me to help. No compensation for an injured back. Supposed to be escalated. Nothing.

The mover scratched all of our walls…

The mover scratched all of our walls and our door jams and didn’t tell me. Then I tried to file a claim, and evidently this type of stuff is not covered will never use these guys again.

They Screwed up

My Casper mattress was supposed to be delivered last Saturday but the driver texted me saying he had another commitment! It did finally get delivered on Monday, but I was really looking forward to it on the weekend.

Very Disappointing Service

Prior to my scheduled move, I received confirmation that my move was scheduled. Although I requested two people and a truck, there was no indication of how many people would arrive. Also, contrary to what I understood from the website, I did not receive any names or photos of the movers or their vehicle.
Once they arrived, the driver argued with me about where he was going to park his truck. I told him that blocking a sidewalk, as he wanted to do, I could be fined by my condo association. Also, I didn't want to inconvenience my neighbors. He insisted on parking where he wanted and got out of his vehicle. I was at the point of telling him to leave when he decided to move his truck to one of the locations I requested.
Once inside, this man asked me to move my possessions out of my apartment and to the top of the stairs. I agreed to do that because it did not involve lifting. As he was nearly finished loading his truck, this man told me to carry a stack of heavy items from my apartment to his truck. I said I was unable to lift, at which time he became visibly upset. He sent his helper to collect them. I have never before been told by someone I hired that I had to assist in them in doing the job.

Customer Service is Terrible

Customer service on the phone is terrible and condescending. I needed updates done to the COI that did require some back and forth communication initially and was coming up on the deadline I needed it by in order to hold my move date & time. My family had a similar request about six months prior, so was trying to speak to a supervisor on the phone (which my family had done six months prior), which I was never able to do this time. Ultimately, it was delivered late and AFTER my move was scheduled to start.

Thankfully, I submitted a second request asking for the same thing. That one was turned around within 12 hours and an ENTIRE DAY before my original request was returned to me. The original request was made over a week in advance.

The only reason I gave two stars is because my actual movers were great.

Top service

I gave Dolly a top rating because the customer service was available quickly and solved my problem. The delivery team was even better. It wasn’t an easy delivery and they made it work while taking excellent care of my furniture and not getting annoyed (I would have been in their situation). I loved my delivery team! Without them, I would never have received my purchase.

they delivered to the wrong apartment

they delivered to the wrong apartment, was kind of annoying to contact and get it sorted. never got notified of when it was delivered either (they eventually texted me a full day later saying that my order was delivered)
