Could not pick Taskers like with Task Rabbit. One finds out who tasker is 30 minutes before. I got someone who was hostile, incompetent and could care less that he was damaging furniture that he was hired to move. He was angry that it was a heavy piece of furniture and did not want to do job. He made me and my elderly parents feel so unsafe that we asked security in the gated community to ban him. There was no phone number to call TR for support in this extreme circumstance of hostility from a tasker. Task Rabbit purposely makes it hard to get support by posting faqs in the link for support and hiding any link to email for support. There was no pick up on the option to call the number that texted me that the driver was arriving with the delivery. I would NEVER use this service again. Even though I sent a photo of an armoire with the request for delivery TR sent someone who had no idea how to handle a heavy piece of furniture and who could care less about damaging it because he was angry about having to deliver it. The person at the pick up end of the furniture delivery texted me (on receipt end of delivery) to warn that the delivery people were hostile about picking up a heavy piece of furniture for delivery, dragging the furniture (breaking off a piece) and struggling to load it in the truck. I experienced the same as they further damaged the furniture with unskilled unloading of the furniture. When I stood outside as they left the property to take a picture of the license plate (to give to security) the tasker got out of his car and called me a scumbag. TR clearly not only sends workers who are unqualified for a heavy lift job but also does not vet them for anger management. Clearly I should never feel unsafe when I pay for a service to deliver something. Never never again.

Friendly movers! Efficient and careful with the items being moved.

Huge chip in dining table, left a hole in the wall in apartment which I will be charged for, and didn’t not bring the right size moving vehicle. Furniture had to be tied down outside the cargo van because it all didn’t fit. Walls were scratched up at new house during move. Had to jump in and help move furniture because they were fatigued and had a hard time moving furniture. Why should I be paying you to help you move it. Movers to to make sure to shower and clean before coming over. They had a huge odor problem! Mattress and furniture were not wrapped well. Furniture was dropped and dragged and stained.

The job got done to my satisfaction-- but the communication wasn't good. The app didn't allow me to proactively communicate with the mover-- so I had to text his cell phone. He pointed me back to the app. Additionally, there were basically no updates on timing-- and the mover wasn't rude, but lacked any friendliness... which made me uneasy.

Amazing delivery.

The movers were punctual and delivered my furniture without any problems.the lead mover placed everything where I wanted it located and spent time explaining the reclining features.

A genuine disaster. I love task rabbit and had great experiences in the past- but dolly sent us two people not prepared or qualified to take on our described move. Resulting in damages personal property and the building itself.

Helpers showed up, easily did the work and I was very pleased!

Alfredo and his partner were fantastic! They were efficient and took great care of my belongings.

Friendly staff and professional

The driver was very patient and understanding while still being flexible. Wish there were more companies out there who contracted people like that. Very greatful and appreciative of how my driver went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Professional customer service on the phone and movers were very professional and diligent. We had to change details for our move and customer service did so with no problem. On day of move the movers were helpful and diligent. I hate moving but these guys make it better

Second time I used this app for a move where I was canceled on less than 48 hours before. The first time no one was rebooked but the second time I was lucky enough to have someone who was great and made my move a breeze. The added stress of that makes me not was to use this again for a move.

Primary contact did not show up and could not be reached. This was the third person that showed interest. The others backed out. A helper did show up and call his brother to help. The service isn't really reliable and the people may or may not be equipped to do the job. It's like Uber for movers and you just don't know if who you get is going to be any good.

Tasker Omar V was great! On time and very careful. Scheduling was very easy. Omar was very patient when he ended up stuck in a log jam of traffic around my daughter's dorm. Only feedback for Taskrabbit (which may be on me) was that I could not figure out how to message him, even when logged in. Did not impact our service. I just wanted to provide new info on the traffic and dorm timing and wasn't sure how to get that to him.

If I could give this experience zero stars, I would! This was an absolutely terrible moving experience from beginning to end. The movers arrived unprepared and did not have the proper tools needed to disassemble and reassemble my furniture. They spent an excessive amount of time trying to figure out how to take things apart, which caused the move to take much longer than it should have.

Even worse, my furniture was broken, and my TV was damaged because it was not properly protected during the move. They also left two large pieces of my furniture outside my home because they could not figure out how to bring them inside. I hired professional movers because I expected them to have the necessary experience, equipment, and ability to handle my belongings safely. Instead, I was left with damaged property, furniture sitting outside, and additional problems that I now have to pay someone else to resolve.

This experience was completely unacceptable, extremely stressful, and not worth the amount I was charged. I would not recommend this moving service to anyone.
