Food ok but took 1 hour for mains to arrive.
Sweets ordered took even longer.
We were there for just under 3 hours service was extremely slow.

Hi just had lunch at table table Rhuddlan venue was very busy but we were well looked after by Danielle who was very helpful and service was prompt.

This was a family meet up at Charter, Aylesbury that we try to do annually because of geographical locations. We were lucky enough to be served by Harry who joined in ,and was encouraged to, with our family banter. Being a Sunday night there were a few issues with food having run out but there were good options to pick from. The time chosen meant that the pub wasn't packed. (It would be later). Harry made our evening joining in with tales from his own previous experience. He was an attentive server frequently going back to the kitchen to check on availability.
We have eaten here a few times in the past few years and will drive out of our way to do so.
The table booking system is easy to do online and Charter sends an email reminder of the booking on the day.

Well done to the staff this morning. They were short of staff and very busy. The whole team pulled together and we enjoyed a great breakfast. Well done and thank you.
We will be back.

Visited Table table in Rhyl served by Aila. Made our visit warm and felt welcome. Food excellent as always. Thanks again for your service.

Just been to Table Table Morfa, had a complicated visit with table service, luckily Danielle took over and served us and helped out. She truly went above and beyond, can’t thank her enough as I was with my grumpy uncle, and he even was pleased at the end.
Really good service and lovely food.. been here many times and it’s never let me down.. but Danielle’s customer service was outstanding.. thank you 😊

We’ve just had a full breakfast to order and table service at Peterborough North. Amanda welcomed us so well and we felt valued as a customers in a bustling family friendly environment. Jan gave us excellent table service and was attentive. The food was really good as well as excellent value for money. This experience alone means we will back on our next family visit.

Steak & onion rings Nuked!!! Husbands meal was wrong, came out for the 2nd time……wrong. We were past caring as we’d waited over 50 mins for this below par food…..not cheap food either.
Manager gave free deserts!! But please please just sort out the actual meals first. Would not return. Staff were polite enough, the waiter, who I apologised too for moaning said I think they’ve had a bad day in the kitchens!!! That’s their job…….probably hire better chefs

Went to barnstaple table table. Food is terrible size portions. Had nachos with beef. Came out on a side plate for £10 and it was cold. Won’t eat there again

I had a lovely breakfast at the Paul Pry Peterborough this morning. The food was very good and a quick service. The waitress that served us Jan was really nice, polite and helpful. This is the second time I have had breakfast here and both times were great. I will definitely be going back

Many issues unfortunately. The food was served partly cold and the waitress agreed to bring fresh chips. By the time the replacements arrived, we had finished the rest of the food. Restaurant was untidy - tables left uncleared for the duration of our visit, cutlery on the floor etc. Neighbouring table was served rancid milk with their coffee twice. Unable to order fried fish due to the fryer being out of action (for over 6 weeks). Customers turned away unless they had booked - all these issues are down to a chronic lack of staff. We complained at the time and have heard nothing since (several weeks later). The food is mediocre to start with, obviously prepared in advance and warmed up to order. Won’t be going back, which is a shame as we’d had reasonable meals/service in the past. Parc Menai in Llandudno

Contacted customer service with feedback 15/04/24, on their restaurant John Milne in Milnrow. No response since auto-reply (WHB-2213116-P***) informing me contact would be made shortly. Looks like the low level of service I experienced in the restaurant is a common theme throughout the organisation.

We stopped there on the 13/4/2024 had food it was very busy so was expecting a wait but the food came out very quickly and I couldn’t find anything wrong with the food or the Service whatsoever 10/10 and the breakfast as just as nice lovely dipping eggs all nice and hot what more could you ask for

Great value and the meal was pretty good. We enjoyed it.
Special mention for Tilly our waitress who was completely on her own in the restaurant, taking orders and serving orders with a smile. Well done to you .

Had a table booked for 7pm, was told that a female member of staff would take our order, 27 minutes later, still waiting, we asked a male member of staff to take our order for the food and drink, 26 minutes later had to ask where the drinks were, food arrived later but i had to send back my burger as it was overcooked, mnay other customers complaining.

The lady who saw us to our seats was miserable.....our server was very bubbly and always smiling ....the food was ok this time.....but the place was so dusty cobwebs hanging down ...needs a really good clean .... some of the tablets and chairs had salt and crumbs all over them the chair next to me had crumbs ..I know they do breakfast but you wouldn't let dinners come in until every table cleaned.... bowling green at weeley Essex

Had a great welcome and customer service to use the establishment for a Work Meting. 9am till 1pm
ordered lunch and Refreshments.
I will be back with my family.

I am finding it very difficult to understand why the Table Table chain of restaurants have taken off the daytime menu any salad or coleslaw on the smothered chicken dish. This has made this meal very unhealthy. There should be at least some salad to make it a balance meal. It can't possibly cost a lot of money to buy lettuce and cucumber?
Very disappointed and very penny pinching! We are very loyal customers.

Went for a meal yesterday for valentines the meals are very small food was cold when served to us. Waitresses were not very organised was running around like bee's . When food was given to us for our main meal we had to wait for cutlery to come hence why food went cold. They were taken our plates away as soon as I put the cutlery down not waiting for us to be finished I didn't even wipe my mouth with a napkin as she took it away with the plate. My partner had apple pie for desert a 2 year old could have had that portion it was that small. I had ice cream in a tall glass it was 2inch of ice cream at the bottom and the rest of the glass was filled with spary cream of which I can not eat and had to scrap onto my partners plate hence that how I found out that I only had 2 inches of ice cream at the bottom. Very very disappointed will never return again. I was still hungry when I left the restaurant I think the price is over charged for what food we received. Thought it would have been a nice evening but it was horrendous.
