Just had the Ohme home Pro fitted, from my first enquiry to completion of the work I could not of been happier. Clean, tidy and explained how it all worked.

JOE AND CRAIG absolutely brilliant. Professional, friendly and got everything done smoothly and efficiently.

Superb experience from start to end. I received a text well in advance advising that Jake and Joe would be there shortly. I wasn't expecting the install for another few weeks (this is the fault of another company) but this posed no issues at all. Jake and Joe were polite, quick, efficient and clearly excellent at their jobs. An absolute credit to Synergy and I only wish more tradesmen could be this good!

Excellent experience. Thank you all for amazing service within hrs of enquiry I was sent an easy survey and booked in for the following days. Luke took care of all the authorities that needed to know and Ben and Charlie installed my charger within 3hrs. Both guys were so helpful talking through my app , tidy workers, tidy wiring and making sure it was dust free when they left !!!!

Excellent service from the entire team from my first inquiry to the final installation and even post-installation to receive the certificates. I wish all other trades had a company like Synergy. All my initial questions were answered very helpfully, the installation was done very professionally and to a very high standard and all the required steps w.r.t UKPN and associated WCS applications were completed without a hitch. Synergy EV really take care of their customers. They managed to get us an installation date as soon as they could in time for us getting our new car, then made sure it was fully set up and working.

Very clear, authoritative infornation and advice given prior to ordering. Installation was scheduled 3 days after ordering. Joe and Jake turned up on time and did a very efficient and tidy job of the installation and setup,
with clear instructions on how to use it.

Great service, quote process was straightforward, online form guides you through what is needed and is easy to use. Fitters were excellent and had the charger fitted quickly and neatly, really professional job. Great company to deal with.

I had a fantastic experience with Synergy EV when they installed my Go Zero EV charger. Jamie and Craig, the professional installers, exceeded my expectations. They expertly placed the charger exactly where I wanted it, and the cabling was impeccably neat, disappearing seamlessly into the ground and my cellar. Synergy were contracted by Ohme to install an EV charger at our house. The advance preparation was very detailed - I had to plot the route from our consumer unit to where I wanted the charger to be installed, and take photos and videos of the route. They came early (because they had had a cancellation earlier in the day) but phoned me to check, and waited outside until I returned home. The installation was very professional, took about 3 hours, he cleaned up thoroughly, and it all worked straight away - and has done so for 4 weeks now. Installation took place within 17 days of first contacting Ohme, which is very good in comparison to other companies
