Our boiler packed in so needed a new one fitting asap. Managed to get a new one supplied and fitted the very next day! Great service, would recommend SwitchedOn.

Fantastic company nothing was too much trouble everyone was very friendly the engineer that install my new boiler was clean and tidy, everything was explained to me very happy with my new combi boiler

Just the worst
Just the worst, simply pathetic to the point the point we had to get the boiler replaced after a year. Wasnt powerful enough, broke instantly and needed a new pump and they tried to give us the manufacturers details to sort ourselves. Left in the freezing cold for almost 2 months Switch off
EDIT: the eventual reply below makes me realise this must not be a rare occurence but par for the course, and zero reviews until just 3 days ago when a flurry of simlar format 5 stars came in, chinny chinny chin
