The way switched on yorkshire have treated my friend with serious disabilities and very bad mental health issues is not far off criminal in my opinion the work carried out is well lets say was poor and has cost my friend 1000s in repairs as the company refuse to fix the original poor installation of the heat pump i would not recommend this company to anyone. Complete rip off and poor customer care .. should be ashamed of themselves

Heat pump and panels fitted and working fine by a friendly and professional group of lads. Any teething problems and they were straight out,and most importantly I can call any time for any aftercare needs and questions. I am very happy and would recommend this company. Thank you so much.

I would not bother with this company, Contrary to previous reviews Their communication with me has been really poor I have been chasing to get information. Should have been having Cavity wall, heat pump and Solar under the Ecco 4 Scheme and now getting nothing after it seems that after their poor coms with their cavity sub contractor who turned up with the wrong information twice and then Switched on said that they had difficulty in getting hold of the contractor, I am now told that the grant for cavity has been pulled so this means at the moment nothing is being done. Switched on are blaming the grant company and when I told them they thought that the work had been done. So again poor coms

Solar installation through EON, SwitchedOn Yorkshire were the contractors who installed the system and they were fantastic. 9 panels and a battery all installed by early afternoon, very thorough and flawless work.

I wouldn't hesitate to contact them directly in future if I wanted to add a new battery etc and have recommended them to a few people who have expressed interest.

Had our new boiler fitted today by Gavin , very helpful and explained everything.everywhere cleaned up before he left.Home is now lovely and warm.Thankyou.

Greg,CHris,James and Callum from switched on are amazing. Having spent the last two years building our own home switched on have been head and shoulders above any other contracter we have employed. So refreshing these guys have gone above and beyond to ensure our underfloor heating is performing to perfection. There work ethic and attention to detail is exemperily, i would not hesitate to recommend these guys for solar, airsource, heating and underfloor heating installations. Not only was the initial installation of 21 solar panels, two back up batteries and an airsource heat pump good value for money and completed in a proficient and timely manner but their service post commissioning has been the best we have seen in many years. thanks guys

Josh and Danny have just installed our solar panels in cumbria. They were excellent. Friendly, polite, efficient and did a highly professional job. They travelled a very long way to get to us and got here much earlier than we thought. It was a very long day for them. Would recommend this company and Danny and Josh to anybody.

Great solar panel and battery installation from Charlotte in the office to the roofing team of Danny, Josh, Luke, Lyndon and the electricians Ben, Jake and James.
We had a few weather related issues, but the guys turned up on time, worked efficiently and tidied up after the job

Had my new solar panels fitted yesterday and very happy with them, the engineers on site did a fab job and kept everything nice and tidy. Rachel in the office was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to using them again in the future if I have anymore electrical needs

Roofers Danny and Josh were very efficient at installing our 16 solar panels and worked well with the separate scaffolders who had a heck of a job to do. The weather was awful with snow and ice all the time but they stuck with the job.

Boiler repaired following a breakdown. Came out really quickly due to the weather being so cold. Great service, all arranged quickly after speaking to a lady called Rachel on the phone who was so helpful.
Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend.

Just typical in this cold weather our old radiator sprang a leak last week due to corrosion. I rang Richard in the office who dealt with our new boiler a couple of months ago and we had a replacement fitted today thank goodness . Good customer service.

We recently had a new boiler fitted and the service from start to finish was excellent, a lovely lady called Rachel handled everything for us and made the whole process stress free. Would highly recommend.

Ben, Josh,Danny and Jake the 4 musketeers. No hassle mess or problems. They came saw and did the job. Nothing phased them and took less than a day to complere the panels and system install. We're so glad to have had a good gang of fitters. Thanks lads

Solar Panels fitted by Josh & Danny - all work was carried out efficiently and promptly.

Just had my solar panels fitted by 2 great lads form Switched on Yorkshire. Josh and Danny where very friendly helpful and efficient. The Panels where fiited quickly without fuss. Excellent job well done.

The following day the electricians completed the install, and my system is up and running. They were also fab courteous and completed the work brilliantly. on completion they let me know how the system works.
I would also like to thank the customer helpline they were extremely helpful before during and after the fit.

Had my solar panels fitted on Friday and very happy with them, it’s amazing to see how much money I am saving already! I had Rachel dealing with my install and she took care of everything from the very first phone call I made and still called me yesterday to check I was happy with everything and make sure I had no issues, would highly recommend Switched On to others

Had my air source heat pump fitted today and I'm over the moon with it, the engineers were fabulous and so polite. The office staff were supurb especially Rachel who was such a massive help throughout! The poor girl must have been sick of hearing from me and answering all my questions. Overall I am very happy I chose SwitchedOn Yorkshire and have already recommend them to my friends

We had Danny and Josh fit our solar panels today and Ben and another guy ( sorry didn’t get his name) doing the electrical work . Such nice young men , worked hard , didn’t stop , from the time they got here , apologised for being late Travelled 3 hrs to get here , ( so not late really , think they got here 9.45 approx ) ,offered refreshments but declined politely. They were polite , hard working and professional. I would highly recommend them . So glad we chose this company as prices were competitive, and the lads work was spot on . Tidied up after themselves too 🤗👍

We had a solar panel system fitted yesterday and are extremely satisfied by the work carried out by all the team. The roofers Josh and Danny were very efficient installing the panels on the roof while Jimmy the electrician carried out the electrical installation and commissioning inside. the whole job was neat and tidy and we would highly recommend them, Job well done, thank you.
