We had solar panels installed and our roofers, Danny and Josh, were very professional and friendly. They installed in around half a day which was great.

Spoke with Charlotte today in regards to having an airsource heatpump at my property shes explained the process from start to finish answered all the questions I had and arranged a call back from a surveyor to discuss further, she was polite and friendly and real credit to the company, im looking forward to the rest of my journey with switched on.

Recently had a new boiler installed with switched on and was very pleased with their services, Rachel was the first person I spoke with and she arranged everything for me and kept me in the loop throughout, everything went smoothly and I am very happy with my new boiler especially with the weather getting worse!

The two electricians Jake & Ben were excellent, two very diligent electricians who carried out the work to my property with respect for my property & were extremely polite & helpful.
Their workmanship was of the highest standard, involved us in every step of installation, this made us very confident that we had engaged a top quality company & operatives.
The finished product is great quality, looks good & delivers exactly what we required.

Recently had a new boiler and Hive device installed for the first time in my first home.

Luckily the process was made less stress inducing by everyone involved from Switched On. Everyone throughout the process was personable, professional and luckily patient (with my many questions).

I had a worker called Ryan install the Boiler and he was excellent.
I was very pleased with how quickly everything as sorted.

Overall a great experience and I'm really happy with both the boiler and Hive.

Recently had an air source heat pump and solar panels fitted with Switched On and they were fantasic throughout the whole process, i dealt with Rachel in the office from start to finish and she was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she kept me informed through the entire install, very happy with my new system.

We had an AirHeat Source Pump and Solar Panels on order since august. Took 4 weeks from having the old boiler removed to get the new heating working. Left us with no hot water & heating for 3 weeks. Still got problems which have not been resolved. I didn’t want to give a negative review but I’ve been waiting weeks for them to ring back. The solar panels were meant to be installed in September. Still waiting. Terrible service.

Ben and Jake arrived on time to check the new boiler. Great electricians very helpful. Plus they liked dog.

I booked a boiler service and received excellent service at a great price. Rachel who made the booking over the phone was lovely, extremely friendly and helpful to me as an older person.

Installers (Josh & the other roofer, Ben, Mark) were very friendly and knowledgable on what they were doing. They clearly explained the Solar system that they installed and how it worked They were very quick and very professional. Would highly recommend SwitchedOn Yorkshire if your looking to get Solar installed

I decided to give Switched On a call a few months back now as I wanted a new smart thermostat fitting and liked the fact they are a family run business. The price was decent and Carl arrived on time as promised in the morning, I had to leave him to it as I was rushing to work, came home later that day to not a single bit of dust or mess anywhere, he even give me a call once it was done and explained where everything was and how to use it. I did have a few questions a week or so later as I was struggling to figure the app out and spoke to a lovely girl in the office who was so helpful and answered all my questions. Overall very happy with the service I received and will 100% be using them again when I next need something doing

Matthew and Chris came today to replace our boiler they were very friendly, helpful and professional. The job was completed to a very high standard cleaning up after themselves and we could not fault them.

Had new ideal boiler fitted by Carl today. Lovely guy, very professional, he was very efficient, explained everything very clearly. He did a fabulous job and cleaned up after himself excellently. Was also careful to wear shoe protectors on my new carpet and not let my Houdini dog escape. Absolutely five star service. Thank you Carl 😊

Had a boiler conversion from tank to combination boiler, I was happy with the initial fit but then we formed a leak under the sink from a spurred pipe . After a little confusion Charlotte was brilliant and sorted the problem ASAP, can not thank her enough. Would also like to mention Carl the fitter who was a smashing pleasant bloke whose work was of a very high standard and he explained every aspect of the fit before he proceeded, thankyou switched on Yorkshire
