The Swiss Chalet in Waterloo on Weber St. provided us with outstanding service as we were dining out celebrating our grandsons birthday .Our waiter , Chris went the extra mile in making sure our meal and everything about our experience was top notch from quality of food and diligence of service. I highly recommend this dining experience.

Just had a burger. Most people don’t know they have burgers. It had this really weird smoked taste. I didn’t like it at all. I know their chicken is good. Ribs are pretty good. Burgers I won’t order it again

I’d personally like to commend Joseph from your Calgary NE restaurant (36th street). We tried to order from the app. Didn’t work. Tried online. Didn’t work. Called. Phone hung up. Ordered through Skip. Someone else picked up our order.

Joseph made phone calls to skip and he personally made sure we were able to order from Swiss Chalet, texted me to make sure we received our food. That’s customer service.

Just picked up take out at Swiss chalet. It had been a while since we had done it and thought it might be nice - chicken wrap and half chicken with the 1/3 ribs. Meal was $45 and was cold and the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. We have out it into the over to see if we can heat it up and get some of the pink out of the meat. It’s going to be a long while before we go back

On August 16th I ordered from my favourite Swiss Chalet, 92 Fanshawe Park Rd E, London, ON…the best!! But I want to give KUDOS to”Julian”, Amazing, Professional and so Customer Focused, Delivery Person!!! Represents this store so well. EMPLOYEE. OF THE

I have been a fan of Swiss Chalet for many years.
I was not pleased when I ordered online and had to do an online order for delivery. I had logged into the acocunt and had updated the appropriate information from pickup to delivery. I still noticed it had said pickup online, even though I requested delivery.
I called customer service. I had asked them to contact the restaurant, which they did not. I tried on my own; no answer due to them being busy. There was a technical glitch. With their website.
There was no offer to compensate for this, unless I cancel my order, and have to be charged again to do another order. I was not pleased. I do not think I will order online again. Glitches do happen, but I flet there was no real support to find a solution to the current order placed. Other than having your credit card charged again. Be careful when ordering online; glitches do happen, but the restaurant will not do much about resolving online glitch issues.

ordered take out family pack, asked for bacon for cescar salad and never received them as well as lettuce was rusted and not just one piece most of the lettuce was rusted. romaine takes awhile for this to happen so how long was the the lettuce there for.

Had lunch at the Swiss Chalet in East Gwillimbury Anna was our server and she was excellent. We only go there when she is working because she has the best customer service and caring. Thank you for all of the wonderful service you have given us over the years

We ordered Swiss Chalet takeout through Uber Eats. The first time we were missing 2 items. The second time we ordered we were missing half of a meal. I contacted Swiss Chalet and they would not help me. They said contact Uber Eats. I said Uber Eats gave us $2 each time we were missing items. I told them that doesn't even cover the missing food. I told them THEY are responsible for the quality of service and food that leaves their restaurant. They again said they can't and won't do anything more. I will not do business again with a company that cares so little for their customer. I have their emails to me to prove what I have iterated in this review. Shame on You Swiss Chalet!

Worst dining experience ever. Head office contacted with no response. Swiss Chalet does not care about customer satisfaction 0/10

Why would you change the chicken pot pie crust to an inferior puffed pastry?Im assuming its to cut cost. I have enjoyed the original for many years, very disappointed.

The restaurant was not busy, yet we still waited over 20 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, most of it was cold. My daughter was still waiting for her wings while the rest of us had already been served, and my own order was completely wrong.

To make matters worse, one of my grandchild’s fish sticks looked moldy. At that point, my son and his wife decided not to eat there and took their meals home instead.

What makes this even more disappointing is that there were only four other families in the restaurant at the time. We used to come to this location twice a month because we always enjoyed it, but after this experience, we will not be returning. It honestly feels like the quality and customer service have completely gone downhill.1

4 pcs of beef with stir-fry very fatty ribs in a smokey BBQ sauce placed on top of wings not great tasting and coleslaw the size of a tablespoon bite

My husband and I stopped in at the rymal location we were greeted by Katelyn always cheerful asking how we're doing. Our waitress was very bubbly and very attentive always making sure everything was ok and checking to see if we needed any refills. Always nice to see all the friendly staff

We had a wonderful server named David at the Swiss chalet in Orillia. The food was hot fresh delicious. The server was very attentive to our needs very enjoyable experience. I’d highly recommend this Swiss chalet location.

We have dined at this location (Lundy's Lane) quite often and love the food and service. However, their restrooms often have the very strong odor of dead rats. Today was actually the worst that almost had me vomiting. Please, please, please take care of this very disgusting problem and get the exterminators in there.
