I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Item not arrived. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails.

I am extremely disappointment by their customer service. The product bought was Vista XP Swim Mask, swimming goggles, after 1 use, the plastic became blurry and water leaks occurred, strap didn't hold the position. I have reported my issue but no response from their customer service.

I have therefore followed the correct procedure and sent the item back for a refund, only to receive a late response with a number of excuses, offensive, and technical lies to not offer any compensation of any kind.

They would either destroy or send the item back to me.

It felt offensive as they even mentioned that likely the problem is my face, and not the mask.

I have been scammed, totally, I understood straight away that they were not genuine and I will never buy from them again.

Don't trust them. Stay away to avoid disappointment.

Ordered a wetsuit. Chased it after not hearing one week later. No reply, no answer on phone. The product did arrive eventually but comms and customer service is non-existent - terrible experience really

Bought a pair of expensive goggles (£25) which broke after 3 uses. No answer to customer service email or phone, just rings and rings until you give up. Cynical business practices, and it looks like others have had the same experience- do not buy from here.

Brilliant experience! I bought a wetsuit at a really great price (cheapest online by a long way), dispatched the same day and arrived the following day. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much - will definitely use again!

Faulty product and zero customer service. Rucksack broke on first use, they haven't responded to email, phone rings out and no answer from them at all. Would never use again, avoid at all costs

I ordered small fit Aqua sphere swim goggles. The ones they sent were clearly standard fit and the Aqua sphere packaging matched standard fit, however Swimspace had put incorrectly their own small fit label on. I phoned them and sent an email with photos of my existing small fit and the ones they sent. I got no response from the email. I sent the goggles back via Royal Mail 2nd class and emailed them again later on for an update, still no response. I tried phoning again numerous times over a number of days. When I eventually got through they claimed they have never received them. Unusual as I`ve always found Royal Mail reliable. The lack of communication and claim that they never received the returns will prevent me from using this company ever again. Back to Allens of Kingsbury or Wiggle from now on.

Disappointed that my order was not fulfilled as they wrote saying they didn’t have my size I replied and said I am often between sizes so happy to take the size down if they had it - I have been sent an item 3 sizes smaller and apparently I am at fault because I should have known they would send out a European sized swimsuit and not a uk size. I am now having to pay to return something sent to me incorrectly. Won’t be buying from them again, not a value for money option

Very positive experience with these guys. I bought some Michael Phelps goggles which I had to return as they unfortunately split where the two pieces join. Swim space contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement pair under warranty.

Atrocious company,steer well clear!
Bought a pair of Michael Phelps goggles cost over £40 with postage, rubbish fogged up straight away. Raised a return with swimspace and received an email stating they would refund the postage where I had to phone up to do but the refund of the goggles I would have to wait while they raised the problem with the manufacturer.I haven't heard such rubbish!
They then explained when I called them regarding this that they had to be sure it was a problem with the item and not through the customers use. How can you try a pair of goggles out without using them??If you want a hassle free buying experience DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.They are primarily a bike shop and not a dedicated swimwear company.
There are plenty of swimwear companies out there that will not put you through such hassle!!
You can come up with as many excuses as you like at the end of the day you have not refunded my money!!!
As an experienced swimmer I do know how to fit a pair of goggles and as such know when they are absolute rubbish which infact these are. Why would I put myself through such inconvenience to return! Your company customer service is poor and I recommend people buy elsewhere

I bought 2 pairs of womens goggles, got sent unisex ones, so sent them straight back and have not been refunded the postage for sending them back even though I was sent the wrong item - contrary to what they say they will do

Product great. Beware they use Hermes so delivery poor.

It was easy to find what I wanted, the items arrived quickly & the whole experience was strightforward.

I had an message from Hermes stating that my parcel, a 45 litre backpack had been delivered from Swimspace through my letterbox . My husband and I were both home on that particular day and we did not receive any parcels from anywhere on that day. I do realise that these are strange times and with Christmas almost upon us it is an extremely busy time. However, I have emailed Swimspace on four separate occasions and five day’s later, I still have not had any kind of response. I also tried and to call on the phone number provided on their website but because of it being so busy, the number is not in service at the moment. The parcel was a gift and until, I either receive a replacement or a refund, I can’t afford to just go and re purchase another one from somewhere else. It is very upsetting and frustrating that there is just no chance of getting hold of nobody, by email or on the phone to help you at all, if something go’s wrong. I have also been in contact with Hermes via email on two separate occasions and they are investigating the problem but it has probably gone to the wrong address or gone missing somewhere as they having been using different drivers because of the time of year. It’s all very disappointing

We bought one pair of hand paddles & got charged twice. We requested a refund for the second payment but have received no response. We will no use this company again.

Excellent product, service and quick delivery.
