Order lost by Evri trying to chase up but they don’t seem to be bothered, two weeks of chasing an item, 1 boat in bits holding a whole business up and there own words are we don’t know what to do! AVOID IF YOU LIKE USING YOUR BOAT.

I purchased a flexible gas hose with 1/4 inch copper end fittings during Feb 2026. The date marked on the hose was 2024. As these items have to be renewed after 5 years the hose would only last for 3 years.
It was Hobson’s choice as they only had one in stock so I asked for a discount to reflect the short legal life remaining. I was told that the expiry date would be 5 years from the date fitted and not the date marked on the hose. It appears that this is the official asap policy on gas hoses and as any surveyor will tell you it is wrong. However no discount was offered.
Met with professionalism knowledge and a willingness to help .. what more could you ask for when needing help and support - thanks Russ.
I recently purchased a 12v fridge that was faulty and the guys at asap, after talks with the manufacturer, agreed to swap for a different model, I had my new fridge within 24hrs of returning my old one. Could not recommend enough.
I give ASAP-supplies a full 5 stars, I usually have to add the caveat that the real test of a company is when things don't go to plan. In my last order I had to cancel it a few minutes later as I had not taken some measurements correctly and was in a rush, they were able to cancel the order, explain that process, and today I received the full refund.
I should add their delivery charges to the Scottish Highlands, which is part of mainland UK, are reasonable
My verdict is this is a company I can do business with in the future with confidence - thank you.

Estimated delivery date given for remaining gauge, but meanwhile I realised I'd ordered the wrong one - phone answered quickly, advice given and my mistake quickly resolved. Remaining gauge again received quickly
I ordered the wrong washer,spoke to staff and they are sending me the right one. First class and no charge, wonderful service. Staff are so helpful, highly recommended.
Barely legal returns process where they expect the customer to agree to pay an undisclosed fee for a "missed collection". What constitutes a missed collection is debatable, and could be outside the control of the customer. I have resulted to listing my return on eBay as I don't want them to charge me whatever they like for a made-up reason. I will not use them again.
UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY
+1 star for replying. However, I have just checked the entire user returns journey on the site again for the information that, "We offer customers the choice of utilising our collection service or arranging their own transportation method, such as Royal Mail".
Either this is not there, or its not easy to find, I think the former. Also in my particular instance, I asked you directly via Facebook messenger about avoiding your hidden costs by returning the item myself, and was not told I could post it back myself. So its clearly not well know amongst your staff.
So well done for replying, but the option to return items at the customers own cost seems to be not available as mentioned in your reply.
I even checked the Terms and Conditions, but nothing.

Unprofessional customer care and service provider, G Aldred and M Earles sadly do not listen to their clients whilst on the phone when given the sizes requirements. Instead send two orders of incorrect sizes, so buyers beware as one you have to return the goods at your own expense, and you will not be refunded the original carriage costs back to your original payment method even if ASAP Supplies is at Fault. (BUYERS BEWARE!!)

Placed an order at 15:20 it came the next day! And I paid for normal postage 1st class Royal Mail. That is what I call fantastic service! It came literally less than 24hours. I wasn't expecting it. The parcel was well packaged. I can not fault the business I will definitely use them again.

I bought the part (stern gland) because it said it was a replacement for the one I had. It's an important part as it stops water coming into the boat, and can only be changed when the boat is out of the water.
It was fitted by a marine engineer with years and years of experience - I watched.
When the boat was put in the water, it started leaking through the stern gland immediately.
The marine engineer managed to stop it leaking, and in effect repair it.
I called support. To me, it seemed like they were on the defensive from the start. They asked for all sorts of information and dimensions, some of which I couldn't accurately supply at the time - it's not easy to measure something within 0.5mm tolerance when it's in a tight space in the bilges.
The thing that really got me was when I was told that although it was a replacement part, it might not fit - something could have changed on the boat. Well the original fitted ok and was working properly, it was only being changed as part of a maintenance plan. I'm sorry but that really is a ridiculous argument.
I'm afraid I wouldn't use ASAP Supplies again and definitely not on an item which is essential to the safety of the boat and passengers.
All the products I wanted at good prices. One item was out of stock but when I emailed to ask when they would have it they managed to get it the following day and ship immediately.

We've ordered from ASAP Supplies since we live on a boat. The team are always really helpful to call and get advice from about parts and engine issues. Parts that we've ordered have always arrived promptly and when you call up they're never patronising or condescending, even though I know basically nothing about my engine.
I have used ASAP Supplies for several years. Their website works really well, with a good range of products and lots of advice online and friendly humans at the end of a phone and on email. Customer service is responsive and prompt. Deliveries happen quickly and accurately. This is a company that produces excellent value for money and really works for its customers.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and order arrived in super quick time.

The sales team are evasive at best and am still waiting for a replacement or even a delivery date for a replacement. Very poor!
