Unable to get any response to emails. Having issues with the battery to my cordless lawnmower. Seems to be an issue for many after reading the reviews. Certainly won't buy anything from Swift again and will not recommend to family and friends.

Emailed five times no reply no customer relations whatsoever.
Battery didn't last five minutes went wrong complained told them no reply wouldn't recommend their products or their customers service once you purchase it they are not interested.
Don't understand companies like this.

Got a 40V Grass Trimmer last May. Now it's not working, apparently due to a faulty switch. I need it repaired and it's well within the two year warranty period.

I rang the Swift number four times and either got a foreign man answering who could/would not speak English, or they hung up. I sent an email and it bounced back. My worst experience buying any product.

Swiftgarden is owned by NGP Group Europe Ltd. Looking at Companies House, the Director is a Chinese man, Limeng Lu, who lives in China. It has no employees!

One of the batteries gave up after three years which seemed a short time. But although it was out or warranty Swift honoured their product by given a token discount off a new one. Good to see excellent service after purchase. Full marks.

Service was good but the price for so small an item very expensive

We had one of there lawn mowers for a number of years, they are ok if a little heavy , but the big problem is their batteries, they advertise they last 20 years but in truth they do not , you be lucky if you get 2 years out of their batteries, now on third battery in 5 years so each battery will cost you £60 to preplace so that £120 in batteries for a lawn mower that cost me £180, they will not honour the 20years life span and just fob you off so you have to buy another battery every fews years so it makes for an expensive lawn mower, communication is so poor and you have to constantly chase them for a response and they do not answer the question about the battery life, all they want is your monies for a new battery time and time again and buying direct they want postage cost when you can get if for free with other online suppliers,

I ordered a replacement chain saw blade £19.99
I wanted to order 2 but there was only 1 in stock. Postage was nearly £5 !!! for 1 chain that arrived 6 days later in a tiny padded envelope.

Great product, delivered on time. Definitely use Swift again.

Replacement strimmer blades. Easy to order and arrived promptly. The strimmer is the best I’ve ever used because it uses plastic blades not plastic wire

I spent £400 on a 120v lawnmower, great product but after only 12 months the battery stopped charging, you try and find a battery on its own!! It doesn’t exist, on the swift website it just says ‘out of stock’ and has for around 4 YEARS!! If you send an email, they never respond. What’s the point of a product you can’t get parts for?? Don’t waste your money and buy a from a reputable company.

I have many swift products, chain saw ,high tree saw , hedge cutter and high hedge cutter. Love these products. Oh and 2 strimmers.

I have a few 40v cordless products from Swift and I've been very impressed with the performance. I've also had a need to contact them reference aftersales and that's been impressive as well. I would recommend Swift and will continue to buy their products in the future.
