Horrible experiencia. Decidí alquilar por varios meses una bicicleta en Alemania. Me explicaron que había una opción de alquiler de 6 meses (sale algo más barato), y que, si por alguna razón debía regresar antes a mi país, que podría rescindir perfectamente el contrato y pagar los meses que en realidad sí hice uso de la bicicleta.
Resulta que debo pagar ahora los 6 meses. Muy triste porque en ese momento me urgía tener una bicicleta y no me paré a analizar lo que ofrecían y si era verídico lo que me comentaba.
A parte de esto, el estado de la bicicleta, la verdad que era lamentable. No puede ser que a los 2 días se escuchase como en la parte delantera había algo suelto haciendo un sonido de roce. La canasta que pedí que me la incluyesen, más de lo mismo. A los 2 días la devolví y el asiento se me bajaba solo varías veces.

En definitiva, lamentable prestaciones de servicio, las condiciones que imponen son nefastas y añadir que no se opcional pagar en metálico (lo que faltaba). Ya hablaré con ellos por correo porque no es opción que vaya a pagar por más meses un servicio del que ni haré uso.
No recomiendo para nada esta empresa, quizás para alquilar a muy corto plazo, aunque aun así lo dudo.

My husband and I rented bikes from Swapfiets España for 1 month, while living and working in Barcelona. We rented their 6 (him) and 7 (me) speed bikes, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The bikes were excellent. I joked that my bike felt like a electric assist bike, because it went so fast. We used the bikes daily to commute to our work site. The company was also excellent, with the employees helpful and friendly. All in all an excellent experience.

The customer service was great, everytime I needed assistance, everyone was great, fast and simple.

The bike was great too, a little bit big for a small person like me but in two years that I had it, not once it broke or needed to replace a part. The only time I needed to replace the seat but because it was stolen.
