This is my second purchase from…

This is my second purchase from swagtron . I purchased a hoverboard before and it was good . So I purchased another one . But the customer service never returns emails . I simply had a few questions about purchasing the warranty when I give the hoverboard to my grandson at Christmas . I didn’t want the warranty now while it’s sitting gift wrapped for a month . I sent 5 emails over the last 7 days . No one ever got back . But I receive at least 3 promotional emails every day. UPDATE I finally got in-touch with Sabrina on live chat . Since no one got back to me and I never got the hoverboard delivered yet , they checked and said I can purchase the warranty . So I did immediately . Now I have the warranty that I wanted . Before I even got the hoverboard delivered . . Thanks to Sabrina and her help with the team at swagtron . Apparently there was a glitch with the emails

Great website, not so great partner...

I had no issues moving throughout the website, it is well designed and very thought out. The only issue i encountered was with Affirm. After informing me i was qualified for a certain amount, they're site was unable to to retain the necessary documents to complete my transaction. It would have been very helpful to be able to complete this payment over a few months instead of all at once and being pre-qualified got my hopes up but, that's the way it goes, i suppose.

Finding the features

Finding the features, I wanted in a hoverboard was very difficult on Amazon and Walmart. Easier to order it hear
