Purchased two of the SwagTron T6…
Purchased two of the SwagTron T6 Hoverboards for Christmas this year. Unboxed both boards on the 22nd so as to have them charged up and ready for Christmas morning. Both chargers plugged into separate power outlets at my work place. Both chargers had green lights that came on and were then connected to their respective boards. Both boards charged for over 3 hours, unplugged and attempted to be turned on. NEITHER board would turn on!! Plugged chargers back into wall, waited for green light on charger to come on and then again, reconnected to board. Allowed over 2 more hours of charging. Disconnected chargers and once again, NEITHER board will turn on.
Contacted SwagTron's customer service for assistance. I now see why there are so many negative reviews about their customer service!!!
The bump-on-a-log that answered the phone was no help. He wanted to blame the fact that I had let the boards set in my office when I received them instead of immediately opening the boxes and charging them. I guess the batteries in these things go stale like a loaf of bread...??? So what happens to the boards/batteries that are in the warehouse??
Needless to say, these are being sent back instead of being opened on Christmas morning and enjoyed as was intended!!!

Order placed on the 13th
Order placed on the 13th. Was suppose to ship 24-48 hrs. Only a label created. Kept getting the run around. Finaly canceled on the 19th . and they tell me i dont get refunded for 5-7 buisness days after product is returned. Wich it never left from there only a lable created. Very upset with this co. As this was intended for christmas
I have already spoke with chat 3 times. Still waiting on refund. And today is Christmas...Great co. ..NOT!

I jus got a $298.99 scooter, on sale for $139.99!!!!! An jus $50 of that is jus all cause it's could b cosmetically flawed! Whoopty-do.... the other $119 is the amazin deal yall jus gave me! Have been lookin 3 days for the perfect scooter for my nephew, props to ur advertisement! Otherwise, wouldn't have found you...an what a sale! Will Def buy from in the future!!

When I ordered the scooter bike it came in a box that was falling apart there was only two pieces of tape holding it together and there was parts missing parts & a broken battery cover with a chunk missing as I'm a Tour Truck driver didn't have the room to store the parts in my Truck I had no choice but to Assemble the scooter I would like to return it as it was not what expected nore the size I was looking for.
