1. Electric scooters are extremally unreliable. I sent them the same scooter 6 times for repair.
2. You can not use it if it is even wet (not a rain) outside. The battery is not moisture protected and you need to send it for the service.
3. Customer support - extremely inefficient. I sent them the same scooter for service. Paid invoices and it was never repaired.
Conclusion - never ever buy swagtron. it looks cheap and reliable, but in reality it is not.

I knew something was wrong with the motor before I sent my SwagSurf in to be fixed! And I had to pay for a tech to tell me something was wrong with the motor! What!?! I already knew that or I wouldn’t have needed to send it in to be fixed! I would not have sent it in had I known your techs don’t replace or fix motors!!!! I was told they could! Good grief. Very very upset, to say the least.
I was told to just buy a new one and it only worked for just over one season. Not very economical to just buy a new one every year and a half.

I love the hover board. the price is good, shopping was easy. I have been using a hoverboard for 9 years.

Terribly disappointed in Swagtron and swagtron customer service! My son received a SWAGTRON T580 Warrior from Santa. He was soo happy he knew what it was before he even unwrapped it! Went to charge it and it would not power on after it was charged. Contacted customer service via the chat because NO ONE answers the phone and they asked us to return it. I asked what the plan was and they said they would fix it. I said and if you can't fix it? They said then we will send you another one. I responded with, well they are out of stock. When do you expect them in? Response, "I know if you send it back we can fix it. " Well, I sent it back. They received it on 12/30/22. I checked in on 1/5/23 and I was told it is next in line. Everyday, my 7 year old son asks "Mom, is my hoverboard back today?" Today, 1/13/23 I messaged again for an update and now I'm being told that they CAN NOT FIX it. They are going to send me another one. But get this... IT IS NOT IN STOCK! And they don't know when it will be back in stock! When I asked they said "soon." What is soon!? 1 week no bc it was out of stock 3 weeks ago. Do they not have a heart!? How can they do this to my son! All he wanted was a hoverboard and they can't, no won't do anything to expedite this for my son! Any other company would have upgraded and sent something instead of making us wait. So very disappointed!

Pretty straight forward and easy to follow
Well built product good delivery undamaged. Like app feature. So far so good with my swagger 5 boost nice to drive to grocery store battery life is good aswell.
The website was easy to navigate and checkout was a breeze. I purchased a EB7 Plus Electric Bike w/ 7-Speed because I don't live that far from work and on days when I don't have to go far this will work out a lot better. That and well it helped that my brother purchased one and I got to test it out. Very smooth ride and it sold me on the spot!
Ordered a Swagtron Warrior Hoverboard for my son for Christmas. Hoverboard will not turn on unless connected to the charger. I have contacted customer service 3 times with no response on how I can get a replacement unit while my 10 year old sits with an unusable Christmas present and no response from the company. It should not be this difficult to return a broken item to a company. No other company makes u jump through hoops to return an item.
