This was such an easy process and experience with that was only made easier because of the easy layout of website and the descriptive reviews. I was able to find exactly what I wanted with an almost unbeatable price tag very quickly. The whole process only took about 5 mins once I stumbled onto the Swagtron site which left me feeling a sense of accomplishment. Thank you Swagtron!
Swagtron has a great selection of e-bikes and scooters at really affordable prices compared to other brands, and the swagger 5 boost can carry a heavier guy like me which is awesome!

The whole control panel has quit I can't turn it on I can't turn it off. I have had it around a week and maybe 8 Miles put on it it never would get past 16 mph
Bought a hoverboard, it came and wouldn't power on. Sent it back for RMA, they "repaired" it. It worked, but first time we rode it the middle fell apart. The left side separated from the right side. Sent it back again. This time I asked if I could just get a replacement instead of a repair. They sent me another hoverboard, that was clearly the same as the previous. And the middle was still broken. They appeared to literally just repackage the unit and not touch it. I then asked for a refund, they said "We can't refund you it's been past 30days". I told them the timeline and said I don't want to lug this heavy board to UPS for the 4th time since you are sending me broken ones. They said, sorry for the inconvenience, but we can only refund if you return it.
This was for my son's birthday. I've been sent 3-4 broken hoverboards, and getting the run around to get a proper refund. We are now 2months late, no board, and I will never ever buy from swagtron again.
It's probably my bank being finicky, but I had to try multiple times in order for the order to go through. I doubt it was your guy's fault, but trying to fix that if it wasn't my bank's problem would help.
ease to purchase was great! recently purchased same scooter through Walmart twice and scooter was broken so i hope purchasing the scooter through SWAGTRON itself takes care of this problem,

Unable to order brake pads for the eb7 elite. I created a case number but did not get any part number, date on arrival, just a question if I only need 1 pair. If they go out every 500 miles I need 20 pair. Come on. Riding with faulty brakes is dangerous and they should have parts available. I hope others read before considering a swagatron. I have insurance so I am going to request money back if they do not fix there service department or parts access.

Purchased one of the supposedly higher end hooverboards for a Christmas present directly from Swagtron. It started rattling right out of the box! We were told we would have to complete a request to see if we would even be approved to have it looked at. Then we had to go to the hastle of shipping it back and waiting WEEKS for it to be reviewed and repaired. We finally recieved the "repaired" unit back in February after several months. We used the unit TWICE before we had to send it in for repairs and what they sent us back was not the original unit. It was all scratched up and very used. If I had purchased from a store I would have easily been able to exchange it. But the actual manufacturer makes it extremely difficult, took forever and sent us back an obviously used product, rather than a new one like we sent in originally. This was our first Swagtron purchase and last!

Extremally inefficient customer service. Had 2 scooters with them, paid for the repairs during a year 2 times more than the price of the scooter. Work warranty is 30 days. It breaks every month or every other month if you are lucky enough. Stay away of this company! Price seems to be nice, but better spend 100-200 more dollars and buy the scooter that will really work properly.
